We really enjoyed our time here, we really like the first floor, and king size bed with 2 bathrooms. The chairs and umbrella daily was so nice!! Beautiful little place, quiet neighborhood, lovely beach! Parking is great too!!

The beach here is amazing, very happy we decided to go with a first floor unit, it makes the beach days so much more convenient!! The view is great, condo/apartment is well appointed and comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again and/or would recommend! Thanks for having us

very clean, wonderful view. The kitchen could have some better utensils. The king mattress is a little uncomfortable, but overall this is a beautiful unit right on the beach. Will happily rent again!

We’ve stayed here before and it was always great. I did find it was a step extra this time, only in that there were more dishes, towels, dish towels and even beach towels for our use. We always bring our favorite pot because condo pots are subpar. We did not unpack it this time. Additionally it was a gorgeous trip!

We have stayed in different rooms over the years. We always rent on the first floor whether it be building A or building B. We have always had an unobstructed ocean and beach view, which we find extremely nice. This particular room we have rented before and it was always clean.

Great Location and Great Unit Right on the Beach!

We have stayed at Crystal Sands several times and every time keeps getting better. Wish the pool was heated but other than that it was perfect

Love the location

Best beach ever! We are already planning our next stay. Pompano Joe's is a must. Cond was clean and comfortable. Whoever is next, enjoy the inflatable raft we left behind.

We love Crystal Sands! We had never stayed at this property before but it did not disappoint. Everything was updated and clean. We were right on the beach so that made it really easy to bring our son back and forth to the room when needed. We will definitely be back again!

Great stay!

When we stayed at this property in late February it was very quiet. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. We loved the modern flair. The patio and chairs were used every day since we had great weather. We’ll stay there again.

Stayed here for a few days over Spring Break. Apt is as described in listing and pictures. Great location directly on beach and first floor of condo. Rental agency very organized with great communication. 100% would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay! The Modern Beach communication was excellent. The unit could use some work on the baseboards in the main bathroom closet area. Otherwise everything else in room was in great shape
