Inside was clean. Outside yard was filled with dog waste so really couldn’t use the yard. 2 dogs next year were very aggressive and barked a lot. Too much air freshener used in the house. Communication with owner was very good.

Lovely spacious and clean. Great location. Well stocked Kitchen! Only, thing missing was a drip coffee pot. Cute Kuerig, with a pod for each of us. Coffee lovers might want to pack extra. Great space for families.

2 couples stayed only 1 night after flying in to Anchorage and before driving down to the Kenai Peninsula. The house was clean and located in a quiet and ideal location near the park, the water, the trail, and downtown. The space was perfect for us and so much nicer, in our opinion, than staying in a local hotel. We had dinner/drinks downtown and then walked for coffee in the morning. The house is stocked with everything you need! We made friends with several neighborly cats while walking in the neighborhood. Parking was easy. We recommend!

The house was great! Separate sleeping area if you have early & late risers. All the things we needed, washer & dryer helped tremendously! Close to a great park & trail.Is a duplex with shared yard, could t sit outside due to neighbors barking dogs but didn’t spend much time at the house.
