The house was great! Separate sleeping area if you have early & late risers. All the things we needed, washer & dryer helped tremendously! Close to a great park & trail. Is a duplex with shared yard, could t sit outside due to neighbors barking dogs but didn’t spend much time at the house.
Interior was very nicely presented clean and well prepared. Location was excellent. Photo on website is not of interior, but reality was good. Would stay again.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a good location close to restaurants and parks. It had a lot of amenities and we were very comfortable there. I would definitely recommend it!
So much bigger than we expected! Very comfy beds and furniture. Only a few minutes walk to a park and trails. Fully stocked kitchen and easy to find. Convenient location.

Of the 5 VRBOS we stayed at this trip, the one was the best. It was very clean and modern. Charlie was very responsive to our questions. She has furnished the kitchen with every appliance you might need. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Nice, clean, plenty of room, nicely supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, some start up coffee, basic condiments. Very nice, high quality dishes, utensils, awesome sharp knives, great towels and linens, shower soaps, dish/hand soaps. Appreciated the very comfortable high quality furniture, nice throws. These extra touches were so nice and welcoming after an extremely long day of travel. Wonderful quiet neighborhood very close to Westchester Lagoon Park, about two blocks, and an excellent location just a couple miles from downtown. On the flip side, had a little difficulty with the Keurig coffee maker, thermostat, and operation of the TV. However, this may be my own poor tech skills showing up! A regular coffee pot would have been better in our group as there were four of us. The TV was difficult to get to proper apps or stations, instruction would have been welcome same for thermostat. This was a lovely place, however, someone with mobility difficulties would have some problems. It is a two-story property with living space on the second floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor. A couple of large steps to get in the back door. Also, pictures show Westchester Lagoon, this is not visible from the property. It is a couple blocks away, it is not waterfront property nor water views. The pictures kind of imply that.Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Made our stay in Anchorage very comfortable, thanks much!
I chose this area because its pretty close to our training facility for the week. Nice quiet area and beautiful area. The lake is just around the corner.
Property was maintained very well and furnished nicely. Eveey room was well appointed and we were impressed with all the amenities provided by the host. The location is excellent as well. Close to downtown, but still away and secluded near the lagoon. The rates and cleaning fees were very reasonable as well.I will definitely book this place again when I visit Anchorage.
Very cool and cozy two floor layout in Anchorage! The home was perfect for me and my fiancé and would be great for two couples traveling together as the space is quite large! Carlie was a fantastic host, would definitely recommend to any Anchorage traveler!
Property was nice with quality furnishings. Easy to get downtown or go adventuring. The washer would get stuck on rinse/spin, had to manually move things forward. Hostess was very prompt in replies.
