Visit for a Family Wedding
Had an absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect - slightly secluded and very relaxing. But still close to all the fun wineries and activities in Traverse City and Sutton Bay. We were in town for a family wedding, but I would go back just to visit and enjoy the town more. Carolyn was an excellent host and quick to respond. Had a lovely time!

Perfect rental in Leelanau!
This house is even bigger and nicer than the photos show. The kitchen includes everything you need to cook, utensil-wise. I had brought some items from home, like a veggie peeler and wine opener, but the house had everything. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels! There's a nice washer and dryer available, so you don't need to pack too many clothes. The location is great for doing "all the things" in the Leelanau area! We hiked at Empire Bluff, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and several other nearby parks. The views are spectacular. We visited the lighthouse at Northport, several wineries, Fishtown, and it's only 12 minutes into downtown Traverse City. Tip: Don't miss the Farm Club restaurant down the road! Fabulous fresh, local food!

Wonderful stay!
We spent a week here while on vacation. Great home, clean, spacious, very convenient to several towns. They also had a nice fenced in backyard for our dogs, which was great. Carolyn was also helpful and responsive. Would definitely rent there again!

Why they chose this property

Surrounded by many activities and places to see, such as vineyards, cherry farms, beaches, trails, cultural and city life, and great food , this property has over 24 acres of private land where nature abounds. The tree covered hills and valleys can be studied as moraines, or deposits left by the glaciers of long ago. There are wonderful panoramic views of South Lake Leelanau. A good life can be experienced here.
