Hosted by Catered Stays Rentals, we cater to the ideal guest experience. Guests will quickly realize that our home provides a remote and peaceful escape from everyday life. The property is heavily wooded and no neighbors can be seen (except sometimes in the winter once the leaves fall). Expect to relax on the couch while looking up at treetops through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room has its own temperature controls to add to the comfort of each individual staying. If being accompanied by a dog (or two) you will find a basket of pet goodies near the front entrance. If you're still not sold on the space please read through our reviews to get first-hand accounts of wonderful stays.

Guests will have access to the entire house and property with the exception of the garage and mechanical room. Both of those areas are locked and only for the owner's use. There is a 2-track that branches off from the driveway that is not owned by us, so please respect the "no trespassing" signs of our neighbors.

We are always available to answer questions and provide help throughout your stay. We'll never show up to the property unexpectedly. Feel free to reach out!

The house can ONLY be accessed via E Lincoln Rd. Some navigation apps (including Google Maps) show access from Gallivan Rd via "Comptons Dr.", but that road does not exist. Again, please ONLY access via E Lincoln Rd.

Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly rental. We have dogs coming through on a regular basis to enjoy the peace and quiet of Lincoln Lodge. Though we have an exceptional cleaning team, folks with severe allergies or health conditions that may be related to animals should consider renting elsewhere, as even with thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee non-reaction. Most folks with this severe level of allergies are aware of this risk in renting any home that allows pets.

Perfect location

Perfect location if you want to be away from the crowds, but not too far away. Nestled in the woods, but only about 10-15 minutes to Traverse City.

This property was amazing! Beautiful location and beautiful home that was super clean, and very cozy. Beautiful views out of the floor to ceiling windows and all the amenities of home. The host also had an amazing list of day trip activities nearby that we tried many of and all were amazing from the scenic drives, sand dunes, and wineries. Highly recommend this property.

The Lincoln Lodge was very peaceful. The highlight of the stay for me were the giant windows looking out on the trees. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed (except maybe a baking dish/pan), and it was great to be able to do some laundry while there, as well. The location is about 20 minutes from anything in the area which made it a good home base. Would definitely stay again!

We spent a week at Lincoln Lodge. It is truly a home w/ all the amenities. Communication with the owner was excellent & check in was simple. Easy 10 min drive to Traverse City & 30 min to Sleeping Bear Lake Shore.

Peaceful, great location

In town for a family gathering, easy to find, very clean and in a peaceful woodsy environment. Andrew & Ashley retuned emails quickly and rental information was very clear and reasonable. It was a good stay and we felt very lucky to find this home!
