A lovely 4-room duplex apartment (1500sf / 140 Sq meter) conveniently located in a residential suburb of the city, easily accessible to the airport, Sutera Habour Resort and city centre.
Supermarket and nice local restaurants just a few steps away.
Has been awarded as Superhost in other renting website continuously for 10 quarters and earn more than 260 five star reviews.

Our duplex apartment can comfortably sleep 7 adults and the 8th guest onward will be charge at RM50 only, a set of mattress, comforter and pillow will be provided (max 3 extra head count).

Our apartment is equipped with:
- Satellite TV (news channel, movie channel and variety channel...more than 100 channels).
- 40" Toshiba HD LED flat TV
- Full air conditioning
- Power shower with water heater
- Full size refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven and complete cooking utensils
- iron, ironing board and hair dryer
- 7/24 FREE wifi (high speed internet)

- The main door is secure with password lock and key lock. Upon guest arrival, a new password will be assigned by the landlord.

Firstly, it was a great experience to stay at Gary's home. I have booked this home for my family to stay for two night so that they can attend my wedding. According to Gary, this was the first time that this home is chosen as bride's home. So, the groom and friends will need to pick up the bride from her home. The groom and friends will need to go through some trials, which is games before he can see the bride, thus there was quite some noises. Thankfully, the neighbors are very considerate. Gary is very considerate and thoughtful too, he was afraid i didn't have time to decorate, so he allowed us to visit his home before the day we check in. I didn't thought of do much decoration to Gary's home, as I was worried the decorations would ruin his paintings and interior design. However Gary was eager to see his home being decorated, so i didnt want to disappoint him and I did a last minute shopping. With very limited materials on hand, we did a simple decoration, I hope Gary likes the decoration. My friends and I like Gary's home, it was simple and any decoration on it would look great. Gary's home is cozy, the kitchen is well-equipped, the environment is peaceful. Most importantly, Gary is helpful and very considerate. It was nice to meet him.

Gary is a fantastic host. His response incredibly prompt and informative. The apartment is big with 4 bed rooms, 3 wash rooms and a complete kitchen. Most importantly the unit is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Mineral water, bath towel and slipper are available for guest to use. The kitchen have a Full size refrigerator (wow!!), washing machine, microwave oven, toaster oven and complete cooking utensils. Gary also provide iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Staying at Gary’s apartment is too comfortable and just feel like I never leave home before.

曾经在不同的地方住过不同的民宿. 但这次的经验是很好最棒的 房东GARY是个非常热心的人, 从订房至到离开, GARY都随时随地回答你的任何疑问. 公寓是新裝修, 而且是以白色为主.，房间很大很干净，插座也很贴心的换成了适用中国制式的. 公寓收拾得很干净，厨房有厨具餐具配套，喜欢烹饪的可以一展身手. 公寓有3大房及1小房, 可住7人 (如有必要可以通知Gary加床垫至10人, 有另加床垫费用)) 小区环境不错，有游泳池，旁边就有美食广场和一个超市. 离开不远有一个沙巴州清真寺和一个Sutera Habor游艇俱乐部，走过去大约15分钟可以去看日落. 如有机会回来KK, 肯定会再次选择Gary的公寓
