SaddleBrooke is a premier 55+active adult community in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. This 2000 square foot home features an open concept floor plan. Master bedroom suite features king size bed, premium high count linens, and a flatscreen tv. The adjoining master bath has dual sinks, garden jet tub, oversize walk in shower, and a separate water closet. 2 large closets complete the master suite. Guest bedroom has queen size bed, premium linens and a large closet. Second full bathroom is adjacent to guest room. A separate den sports a desk and flatscreen tv. The oversized living room features another flatscreen tv as well as ample seating for entertaining. A formal dining room completes the open concept floor plan. A bright, well equipped kitchen which features a casual dining area makes meal prep enjoyable. A separate laundry room equipped with front load washer and dryer completes the interior floor plan. Outside you can enjoy the lush desert landscape and the sweeping views of the Catalina Mountains from the covered patio as you grill or the raised patio as you enjoy the sunset and a cool beverage. Both patios are ready for outdoor dining. The SaddleBrooke community offers 3 golf courses, 3 pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, restaurants, and more, all available for your enjoyment.

We had an amazing time in Saddlebrooke. The location was perfect. We love to golf and this spot was within 10 minutes of three wonderful golf courses. Katherine was a great host and her home provided everything we needed to make us feel at home during our stay. We loved it so much we are coming back in 2022.

Living in this home is like living in a palace. It is a beautiful home on the outside as well as the inside. Plush carpeting in the main living area and bedrooms, tile every where else. When we moved in I found that everything from the bedding in the bedrooms to the towels in the each bath were brand new. In the kitchen every thing was new also. Then there is the patio furniture that appeared to be new also. The home owner provided everything you need to keep this home clean. We stayed for 5 months and the home owner was quick to answer any questions we had and arrange for service people when needed. We enjoyed the formal dinning room table for putting together puzzles. We could just leave the puzzles be and eat in the very pleasant kitchen dinning table. There is another large table on the covered patio. When the weather was warm enough to eat outside the view of the mountain range and watching birds flying from bush to bush was extremely enjoyable. The kitchen is spacious and furnished with many pots,pans and appliances in the hall pantry that I never had a need for. The master bedroom is so big and the bath is wonderful too. There is a large whorl pool tub that we didn’t use but it was there. The separate sinks meant not having to wait. Another amazing this about this house is the view from the living room windows of the Catalina mountains. Such a joy to watch the sun come up over those mountains. The view of the mountains from the raised patio is so relaxing. Even though there are very close neighbors you don’t see them because the yard is so large and well landscaped. Another thing I liked about this home was it’s location on a semi circle off the main street. This would be a home I would rent again without any question.
