The stay was very nice. Everything was so clean when we arrived. There was one day when the bathroom light stopped working, but I reached out to support, and they told me how to fix it. It was an easy fix! There were also everyday household supplies that we didn’t think to bring (like a Sharpie, scissors, etc.), which came in handy!

Great spot near everything you need and in walking distance like grocery store that has everything including fresh cooked food, restaurants, and beach access. Also loved the main st area that's only 1.2 miles down. Ate lunch at Snookys Oceanfront while on beach all day. Loved our stay and location

Floors were grungy ..in bad need of mopping, Dust hanging off ceiling in front of AC units mostly but yet scattered. Chair very dirty. Looked like blood splatter on bathroom wall. Unit needs good through deep cleaning. Did have clean sheets and clean towels, tissue, soap etc..and everything worked. Location was good.

Anniversary trip

This condo is in a great location! Quiet but close to Ocean Dr. in Cherry Grove. We enjoyed sitting at the deck bar overlooking Gull Lake in the mornings, watching the birds, ducks, & turtles. It is on the third floor but the stairs are wide & easily climbed. Had trouble with the door lock but the locksmith came & repaired it. Overall, a great place to stay & enjoy the beach!

There was a horrible musty smell, dehumidifier has to be manually emptied 3-4 times a day, sliding door lock was broken, sliding screen was broken, master bath fan didn't work, and they were very unresponsive. I had to text numerous times.

Great location

This condo was a great location with easy access to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Condo was very nice inside. Only issues we experienced were both toilets need some maintenance. They both ran on and off the entire time we stayed. Also, as soon as you walked in, you could smell old cigarette odor. You could tell it had been a place someone smoked in before. After while, you could not smell it though. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Needs an overhaul

The floor was extremely dirty when we arrived. The broom was broken and left in the closet. The storm door window would not go up, so the screen was open continually. A lady from vacasa stopped by with parking passes and tried to help fix the storm door. She said she would have maintenance stop by and they never did. My brother ended up fixing it for us so that we could leave the door open without losing A/C. We texted about the floor and the broom and they never replaced it so I bought one to be able to sweep up the sand after going to the beach each day. There was a broken chair at the bar. The furniture was visibly dirty and stained. The refrigerator needs to be leveled so that the freezer door doesn't knock over items left on the bar. The bottom basket of the dishwasher was off track and had to be lifted in and out to wash dishes. It is really outdated and needs a lot of work. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and great closet space. The bathrooms were nice and toiletries convenient.

Clean & Good Location, BUT…

Horrible musty smell when we opened the door. Dehumidifier had to be emptied 3-4 times each day. Texted and was told to open windows. All doors and windows were kept open while we were there, but when left and closed up, same problem when we returned. Had to purchase Damp Rid. Sliding door lock was broken, sliding screen was broken and wouldn’t stay in the track, fan in master bathroom didn’t work. Nobody called or tried to rectify the situation, followed up next night. Finally the next afternoon got a call, but didn’t have company name, so thought it was a scam. Called right back, lady didn’t even have all the issues on the work order. Never received another call or anyone out to fix any of the issues. Would never book a Vacasa location again.
