Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Adjust air conditioning to 75 degrees or adjust heat to 60 degrees
If you used the grill please clean the grill, and double check PROPANE IS TURNED OFF
Bring any deck chair cushions inside. Make sure deck table umbrella is down and secured with velcro tie so it does not break in the wind
Lock front door and patio door
Turn off all lights; double check the master bedroom white birch tree lights on the main room switch and unplug the deck lights which may pose fire hazard if left on for long periods of time
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
