This studio is located in a quiet neighborhood, only one block North of Atlantic Avenue. The beach is right across the street and there is a private, tropical courtyard to relax in the shade. This coastal studio is equipped with all the modern amenities you'll need to enjoy your vacation or business trip. There are on-site laundry facilities and a BBQ grill for you to use. There are beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for you to use during your stay. The pool area has lounge chairs and restrooms. Free parking, free wi-fi, and no resort fees or add ons! We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols, self-check-in, and contactless entry for your safety!

When we walked in, it smelled very clean. Check in process great and easy. Owners very accessible. They allowed for earlier check in (and later check out which we didn't end up needing). Location is fantastic, super close to beach and town. So nice to have a kitchenette, couch and little closet. AC also worked very well. Pool isn't the best but we weren't there for that. Definitely recommend.

Great stay

We really loved this space. Would stay there again for sure. Beautiful quiet courtyard and quick walk to the beach. Nice pool. They provide a cart for taking beach chairs and such to the beach. Wonderful.

I had a lovely 10 day stay the property is very quiet and close to all the wonderful restaurants and shops on Atlantic Ave!!! The Beach also has lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent but I also used the chairs provided later in the evening

Great beach stay

Place was great for a short stay in Delray Beach. 3 minute walk accross the street to beach. Equipped with beach chairs and towels. 10 minute walk to resturant row on Atlantic The host Tom was super responsive. I had a little glitch with reservation and help work it out with BBo.

Nice little studio, great location, Exceptional host!

I recently stayed at this studio in Delray Beach over the weekend, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The unit was immaculately clean and well-kept. It was equipped with everything I needed, and the WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a plus. The location is great, being very close to the beach and Atlantic Ave, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional host, Tom. He went above and beyond to ensure a small issue that arose during my stay was handled quickly and efficiently. Tom was incredibly attentive and responsive, setting a new standard for how I believe hosts should treat their guests. I cannot say enough nice things about him. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying there again. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone visiting Delray Beach.
