This 5 bedroom, 2 bath Villa has just been remodeled and professionally decorated. It has the classic charm of a Bahamian home with all the upgrades. The Villa boasts new stainless steel appliances. Air condition and ceiling fans in each room allow comfortable living. Admire the original, exposed beam ceilings down stairs and authentic Abaco pine floors upstairs. The downstairs offers white washed plank tile flooring. An outdoor private shower is also available with hot water. Perfect for bathing after a beach day or under a starry sky. Each bedroom has new furniture, a queen size bed and is designed for relaxation. The downstairs area includes the kitchen, dining room seating for up to ten, living room with a large sectional couch, a bedroom with a queen bed along with a full bath with granite top vanity. The upstairs includes four additional private bedrooms with queen beds with access to the upstairs veranda and one bath. Enjoy the cool Caribbean breezes from the downstairs or the upstairs verandas. Both extend the entire length of the house and offer old fashioned rocking chairs downstairs and a wooden swing upstairs with a comfortable seating area. Just a short three minute stroll from your front door to beach access. This is the life.


Bahama Breeze is located in the middle of the historic settlement of Spanish Wells, Eleuthera, Bahamas and is surrounded by quaint shops, eateries, home bakeries, and more. A straight path from Bahama Breeze to the north will take guests on a short stroll to an unspoiled and uncrowded light pink sandy beach, and a straight path from Bahama Breeze to the south, will take guests to the harbor where they may chat with fishermen and purchase the catch of the day. Renting a boat gives you an opportunity to snorkel, fish, or lounge on many of the surrounding out islands. A buggy rental makes island life divine. Take a trip, you'll see what we mean.

The beautiful island.

Good house for a large group. Very rustic. Back yard could have been very nice with better furniture and removal of broken chairs, etc. Kitchen cabinets needed a good purging of outdated spices, etc. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. We had a fun week

Bahama Breeze Spanish Wells is my “Happy Place”

We have rented this property numerous times and have already booked our 2021 trip BUT hope to return later this year if possible. The owner is so responsive and is very responsive to questions and suggestions as he only wants the best for his guests. Quianna and Thomas Pinder who manage the property are again very welcoming, responsive and helpful. The home and it’s location is as described. Spanish Wells is truly a magical place with wonderful local people. It really is my “happy place”.

Wspaniałe chwile na Spanish Wells

Wszystko jak w opisie. Wspaniały czas , życzliwi ludzie. Tylko Ray musi lepiej nadzorować osoby sprzątające dom bo czystość w dniu przyjazdu budziła zastrzeżenia. A przecież pobierana jest opłata za sprzątanie.

Beautiful Spanish Wells

Firstly, the island is a wonderful friendly island with beauty everyplace you go. Ray was very helpful and had a wonderful house that accommodated 7 people easily. If your looking for the fast life lit isn’t a place for you. It’s quiet and laid back , just what we were looking for. All the restaurants we went to were good and you have to try the conch. The only downside was the price of food, checking a bag of food on your flight is a good idea. And the only negative was I would have rented a golf cart from one of the major golf cart rentals. I certainly would rent this house again the beds were very comfy and the rooms were very cute. The kitchen was well stocked and the water from the water supplier was very good. Thanks Ray.

A perfect week

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 9! It had everything we needed and the washer and dryer is a huge plus. We were able to cook our own meals and the kitchen did not lack anything we needed. This house is a short couple minute walk from the beach but with our golf carts we could quickly explore the island and the many beaches near us. Our flight was delayed many times and we arrived hours later than we planned but the owner and caretaker of the house made sure that there was still a ride for us available from the airport and a ferry to take us across the way to Spanish Wells from Eleuthera. It was seamless and we literally did not have to worry about anything regarding our arrival to the house. I absolutely recommend this house to anybody considering visiting the island. It’s perfect for a large group. We will definitely stay here again!

Great beachy decorated home.

great quaint property centrally located on 13th street. We loved staying at this house, the decorations were so cute and beach themed. Felt like we were on a tropical island for sure. Plenty of space and all the essentials that you would need for a great vacation. Darrin met us at the dock with our golf carts and a truck for luggage. checkin was simple and easy. will definatly stay here again!

Bahama Breeze.

Booking and communicating with Ray Pinder (Owner) was flexible and very easy. Quick response time. Becky, one of property managers made herself available a couple times to communicate check-in and check-out. Everything was made easy. The home was decorated real beachy, we loved it. It was very well equipped. They wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. It was centrally located and only a half a block from Thanks to Ray and his team for a great home that made for another wonderful vacation on Spanish Wells. He also accommodated our request to bring our small dog. She too had a wonderful vacation. We knew the previous owner of this house. Ray you all have done a great job decorating. We enjoyed our time at Bahama Breeze. It comfortably housed 7 adults and 3 toddlers/babies and we were able to squeeze our family and friends who live there around the table for meals. We loved enjoying the breezes on the covered front porch. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer/dryer came in handy with all our little ones!

Spanish Wells is awesome. Property pictures a little deceiving...appears to be on the beach or rigHot at it—not too far away but not how it looks. Reality=1 block away. Towels and beach towels and linens were clean. That’s good!! However, the kitchen, dining and sitting area were not really clean. Floor was dirty and slipcovers on couch were gross. We washed them. Kitchen would be better with simplicity in number of items that have accumulated over time.

Great house, great host, wonderful island!

My family and I stayed at Bahama Breeze for two lovely weeks and enjoyed every moment! The house is fully equipped, and the host and caretaker were friendly and very easy to communicate with. (A leaking toilet was fixed within two hours.). The island is small and cosy and the people are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Bahama Breeze!

Very comfortable, great location. Short walk to the beach, great little island! Had a minor bug issue but have alerted the property manager to fix, also wish there was a washing machine for towels/clothes. Otherwise, great spot!

Wonderful stay on Spanish Wells!

We rented the home for a corporate get away to Spanish Wells and had a fantastic experience! Perfect amount of space, cute costal decor, and more. Home's location is central to all you want to do on the island. We will definitely be back.....Thank you for a great stay!
