Had a great stay at Patricia's place!. The room is very spacious and the flat has everything you need, including three adorable cats and a big garden. Patricia is a super host, who arranged a seamless check-in and provided us with plenty of recommendations for places to eat in Bushwick. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The property was lovely and in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty of space for two of us for the night and our host Patricia was very communicative and helpful - would recommend!

My best friend and I just got back from a long weekend (4 nights) in NYC. We stayed here and it was good. We’re in our 40’s and wanted to experience NY without making the bulk of our expenses on where we slept. If you’re looking for a budget friendly place, this is it. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Additionally, the property itself was decorated really cool and Patricia was super chill. There’s an awesome coffee shop right across the street with good drinks, food and cool vibe. We started out our mornings there, and then made our way to the subway, which is only a couple blocks away. Please note: if you do stay here, there is a designated bathroom for guests, but it’s in their living space. Not a big deal, but just wanted to make that clear. I would not stay here with my kids, and/or husband, but for my situation this trip, it was totally fine. Also makes for a different experience.

Perfect place in Bushwick

My boyfriend and I stayed here after a night out at one of the Brooklyn nightclubs, it was an easy walk/subway ride there and uber back at the end of the night. The neighborhood was perfect for walking around and spending time during the following day. Pati was welcoming and the entire place was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

New favorite place to stay!

I can't recommend this place enough! The room is really comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities. It's super close to the train and there's a really cute cafe across the street that has great food. I was visiting to see a show in Brooklyn and this location was so convenient and walkable. Patricia and her husband are amazing hosts :) This is my new go-to spot when I visit NYC!

Erst einmal: Patricia ist eine gute Gastgeberin. Wir sind aber laut dem Inserat von einer anderen Art der Unterkunft ausgegangen. Uns war nicht klar, dass wir ein Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung der Gastgeber haben. Unser Bad war eine Etage tiefer und wir mussten quasi durchs Wohnzimmer, um es zu nutzen. Die Küche war auch zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Wir waren zu 5 unterwegs, da war das Schlafzimmer etwas klein. Es gibt 3 Katzen in der Wohnung, die sehr süs waren. Trotzdem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Anbindung ist gut und man ist in 40 bis 50 Minuten in Manhattan.

I had a wonderful time staying with Patricia ! The room is very private, and I felt very comfortable using the kitchen and spending time in the backyard. Patricia was helpful and friendly, and I always felt like I had my own space to enjoy my stay. The entire place was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the books Patricia left in the room to read and the cats are super sweet too. I would love to stay again!

Perfect home-base for Brooklyn trip

This was a wonderful place to stay for our week in Brooklyn. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. Patricia and her husband are very kind and clear communicators. We loved their cats too, especially since we missed ours! We spent most of our time out and about, and this was a perfect place to come back to and rest. We would definitely stay here again.

Pat and her husband were very hospitable and we felt welcomed in the common areas. She also reached out a few weeks before our stay to ask what we would be interested in doing and got back to me with great options. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Sehr gemütliche, saubere Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Das Zimmer ist groß, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt und man ist in etwa 40 Minuten in Manhattan.

Cute Stay in Bushwick

My friend and I enjoyed our time at the VRBO! The host was repsonsive and her and her husband we're kind. The place was clean, including the bathroom, bedroom, and living area. The bed was super comfortable and I didn't want to get out of it. I felt safe with the lock system and the room situation. You could tell that they put a lot of thought and love into the stay. The neighorhood was easy to navigate using public transportation and there is a lot to explore ( restaurants, bars, supermarkets, parks, etc)! I highly recommend this VRBO! For a one night stay or more!

Great stay at apartment in Bushwick!

The hosts were very welcoming, and the apartment was great! The guest room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed, and the access to the kitchen was appreciated. The room has its own small refrigerator to keep food in, which was convenient. The hosts have 3 very sweet cats, and we did not mind them at all, in spite of being allergic to cats! Great location - close to trains, and easy walking distance to restaurants and businesses. Easy access to Manhattan. A very nice place to stay in Bushwick!

Hermoso lugar, se encuentra muy cerca (4 cuadras de la estación del metro), un lugar muy tranquilo.
