Warning...do not stay here!!!They left us stranded...we flew out, rented a car, got to the property...and crickets...Got near the property early, 1pm, went to lunch and left a message asking for instructions...nothing...Went to to property at 3.30pm...texted/called/waited 2 hours...called VRBO...they called the owner...nothing...VRBO then cancelled our reservation and offered no alternatives (what if we had little kids!!!, holy crap)...Worse...the owner does not take any responsibility, texting me "sorry" 3 days later, blaming VRBO, and then sending the entrance code (LOL).A pathetic and irresponsible experience...shame on you!

I am truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. I understand how upsetting it must have been to travel all the way to the property and not receive the entry instructions in time.
Unfortunately, this situation was the result of a VRBO system glitch that prevented the automated delivery of your check-in details. VRBO, not us, ultimately cancelled your stay. All of the necessary entry information was included in the welcome guide that should have been sent to you through their system prior to your arrival.
At the time, I was traveling myself with very limited internet and cell reception, which regrettably delayed my ability to respond quickly. This is not the standard of service I strive to provide, and I apologize for the stress this caused.
While this was beyond my control, I take your feedback seriously and will work with VRBO to ensure safeguards are in place to prevent a similar situation from happening in the future.
