We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! Such easy access to the beach the town just everything! Beautiful condo comfortable beds has everything you need. Highly recommend recommended.

Property was clean and host communication was excellent. We cooked a few meals and kitchen is nicely stocked with cookware and dishes. The Palms complex is a smaller size which also meant the beach was not crowded, which was a nice bonus.

Our Stay at The Palms 414 was one of the best beach experiences we have had. This condo was immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The rooms are very spacious, the decor is very soothing and up to date. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We will absolutely be returning to this condo.

The balcony was the best part! The size and type of furniture made it our favorite place to spend time when not on the beach. The location and layout of the condo were great! It was clean. The kitchen cabinets were in terrible shape. It looks as though they have been wet and the “wood” is swollen on the edges without any paint covering them. The picture on the VRBO site does not show the amount of damage. In looking back at them, I can see a little bit of it, but it’s far from something you would notice in how the pics are made. We were a bit shocked when we walked in and saw how terrible they looked. The area at the bottom of the cabinet by the toilet in the master was rotted and behind the toilet needs repair. The guest shower had a large rust stain. The communication and ease of check in and out was excellent. With a some work on these issues, this condo could be excellent!

We were very happy w our stay at The Palms unit #414! The property was exactly as described, was stocked w basic essentials from extra clean linens & pillows, kitchenware & appliances, to washer & dryer, etc., and was ready at checkin time. We appreciated that the Palms did not seem as busy/crowded as other surrounding properties - both at the condo amenities and the beach! We did go in mid-August so less busy time of year, but still seemed less crowded than others close-by. The location was great & close to anything in town you may need. The beach location is very close to a pier, which I understand some guests may not prefer, but it was fine for us. The beach chair rental company employees were outstanding. The Palms outdoor pool & our unit's large balcony were so nice to use throughout our stay. Also - the hosts for this unit were fantastic! Very thorough & great communication. Replied quickly & effectively. The few staff we met in person were also kind & helpful. Only recommendations we'd make are maybe adding a smart tv in living or main bedroom, as well as maybe upgrading the shower heads. We would absolutely stay here again & hope that we can do so sooner than later! Thanks for helping make our vacation as great as it was!

Orange Beach

We enjoyed our stay, dolphins to watch right off the balcony each morning and evening. No wait on the elevator and great beach and pool access. Our family used the tennis court and volleyball net daily.

Beautifully decorated, relaxing and inviting as soon as we walked in. Lovely view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Loved the lazy river! Fully stocked kitchen. Exactly as advertised. Friendly and polite staff. Highly recommend and would come again.

Spring Break '25

This was our first time in Orange Beach and enjoyed our time to rest and relax. This condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. All common areas were very well maintained. All of the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the balcony seating area and table. The condo itself is dated and could use a serious upgrade.

Fantastic Property!

My husband & I spent a week at The Palms 414. Best communication I have ever experienced with property management. Condo was spotless & beautiful. I cooked every day & found the kitchen to be more than adequate…better appointed than any other condo we have stayed in. The location could not have been more perfect. Best vacation dollars we have spent in many years!

Good beach location

Enjoyed by all. Older family stayed here. We loved large balcony and the table and chairs were easy to get up out of. We found the bath tub to be very dangerous. It was very slick. We purchased a bath mat but due to the design of tub( the sides curved upward) it did not help. The condo was very roomy.

Great unit for a great price!

We loved this unit! It had a great price point for our needs and the balcony was amazing! Great comfortable furniture on the balcony made this spot our place for most of the time that we were not on the beach. This unit is a little dated, but it was extremely clean and the view and balcony once again were great! This complex is close to perdido so the crowd was minimal and the beach was quiet with mainly adults. Wi-fi was sketchy at best though so be prepared for that. Otherwise, we will request this unit again!
