All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Our Stay at The Palms 414 was one of the best beach experiences we have had. This condo was immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The rooms are very spacious, the decor is very soothing and up to date. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We will absolutely be returning to this condo.

We enjoyed our stay, dolphins to watch right off the balcony each morning and evening. No wait on the elevator and great beach and pool access. Our family used the tennis court and volleyball net daily.

This was our first time in Orange Beach and enjoyed our time to rest and relax. This condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. All common areas were very well maintained. All of the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the balcony seating area and table. The condo itself is dated and could use a serious upgrade.

My husband & I spent a week at The Palms 414. Best communication I have ever experienced with property management. Condo was spotless & beautiful. I cooked every day & found the kitchen to be more than adequate…better appointed than any other condo we have stayed in. The location could not have been more perfect. Best vacation dollars we have spent in many years!

Good beach location

Enjoyed by all. Older family stayed here. We loved large balcony and the table and chairs were easy to get up out of. We found the bath tub to be very dangerous. It was very slick. We purchased a bath mat but due to the design of tub( the sides curved upward) it did not help. The condo was very roomy.

Great unit for a great price!

We loved this unit! It had a great price point for our needs and the balcony was amazing! Great comfortable furniture on the balcony made this spot our place for most of the time that we were not on the beach. This unit is a little dated, but it was extremely clean and the view and balcony once again were great! This complex is close to perdido so the crowd was minimal and the beach was quiet with mainly adults. Wi-fi was sketchy at best though so be prepared for that. Otherwise, we will request this unit again!

Friends celebrating my birthday w/ me . The condo was so very clean & organized . Master bed may need a new mattress soon . Text messages were answered right away , very accommodating ! My only suggestion was more with the actual entrance to the West building to access elevator , did not open all the way , making it hard to maneuver the carts through that door !
