VACATION TIME !!!!
We have a beautiful, comfortable condo waiting for you to relax, enjoy the best views and spend your vacation in a fabulous beach setting. With 3 bedrooms, there is room for family and friends. WE OFFER a 4 NIGHT SPECIAL...SPRING thru FALL ( be sure to request those rates *see notes) for those who can't spend a full week.
Our huge deck overlooks the pool, and the BEST view of the Gulf and Perdido Pass...water views all around. There are plenty of great restaurants in Orange Beach and neighboring Gulf Shores, golf courses, shopping, and a choice of grocery stores. Fun places for kids, nightly music for the family and teens at The Hangout in Gulf Shores, fishing and good ole fashioned beach walking.
We have a well equipped kitchen, boogie boards and sand chairs for your convenience.
Great memories will be your parting gift from Grand Pointe 211.

Fantastic stay! The lovely condo is spacious, clean and has a huge balcony with views of the ocean and the Pass. Perfect spot to watch the boats go by and the sunrise! The condo is well-supplied with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleased to see some upgrades that made our stay even better. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive making the whole process seamless. The condo complex is well-maintained and we love the location. We highly recommend and would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy and Bill’s place! Our family of five had plenty of room, and never felt cramped in the living area. They have every kind of beach equipment you can think of, so you can leave all of that at home. The only thing you might want to bring is a beach wagon to carry all of your supplies. The elevator was right by the unit, and the walk to the beach was under five minutes. The kitchen was well supplied, and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony of the boats coming out of the bay were amazing! The beach was never crowded, and we fished right off of the jetty rocks and the beach. We had issues with our van the night before we left, and Nancy was so accommodating to us, which helped ease a stressful situation. We will definitely rent their place again if we return to Orange Beach!

Family beach trip

The balcony view unit is absolutely gorgeous! The pools, parking and access to restaurants is wonderful. The unit is so nice. Each bedroom with separate bath was very nice, very clean and very well maintained. Has everything you could want from beach chairs, kitchen supplies etc to have a wonderful beach vacation. Early May getaway

Three friends celebrating our 50th year since high school graduation. ( actually used the time to complete our reunion plans). Perfect beach days, shopping time and restaurant meals. We’ve stayed at Grand Pointe many times and always enjoy it. We are recommending Tin Top, Coastal and Jesse’s on the Bay for great food.

Spectacular views from this condo

Loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable, homey, everything we needed was there. Indoor pool is so warm! View from the balcony is second to none! We watched dolphins, pelicans, boats in the pass, etc. Don’t miss the sunrise from this balcony!Quick, easy access to pool and beach. Centrally located, yet not in a super busy area. We felt very safe in and around the area.Owner very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely book this one again!

Another Great Trip in GP 211!

Bill and Nancy's wondeful condo is always a great stay! We had so much fun - if you can think of needing it, they already have it there. The amenities make the stay a breeze. The condo has beautiful views of Perdido Pass and the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, too! I would highly recommend, and we will be back!

Home away from home! Just a feeling!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It is a little hard to find because it's tucked away and hidden from the street but once you find it you will be so glad you did! It was the perfect spot and an even better location. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the pass. Parking wasn't too bad either. The best hosts ever! When I say about their business...I have rented many condos in Gulf Shores but this was our first in Orange Beach. Ms. Nancy made it too easy! I had no questions. She covered Everything! I have never been to a condo where you only had to bring your own food cause literally everything was there for our convenience. We never treat our stays with disrespect and always try to leave it as we find it. Just being here made you feel like it was your home. The hospitality was 10 out of 10! Don't second guess it...choose this sweet gem! You won't regret your decision! Thank you Ms. Nancy we will be back!

Great Time with Convenience

This condo was as advertised, maybe even bigger than the pictures make it look. Ample room for a family of 5, and the location was great for fishing, hanging out at the beach, and a short drive some of the excellent local restaurants. Inshore charters is across the street!

Beautiful and comfortable stay!

Owners were in contact from start to finish which was much appreciated. Unit was very clean and comfortable with elegant decor. Everything in unit worked. Had a small issue with the shower faucet and was taken care of as soon as I informed owner. This condo is stocked with all utensils you may need as well as extra pillows and blankets. The view of the pass and gulf is absolutely stunning. Located right above the pool was helpful especially when you have kids. With the pool being right below I thought it might get a little noisy but it was never an issue. The building is gated so felt very safe. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and will plan on returning. Thank you!!!

Great Location in Orange Beach

We had a great time on Spring Break at Grand Pointe. Nancy and Bill are great with information, mailing the check in packet, and supplies/amenities in the condo. Super clean, spacious for our family of five. Great view, pools, location right next to the pass. Highly recommended!

We are a family who loves beach life. You are sharing our vacation home. We now have grown children so we enjoy our condo as a couple more often. But it's great when the kids can join us. Our car has driven to Orange Beach so many times, it should be able to drive it without a driver. Bill would love that !!!!

Why they chose this property

A friend recommended Orange Beach for spring break in the late 90's. We took the trip, and the whole family loved it. As we made more trips to O.B., we decided to look for a condo because we didn't get tired of this beach and the family friendly area. Luckily we found the BEST view .

What makes this property unique

The view from our deck is the best along the coast. We face the Gulf and are protected from winds off the Pass. Boat watching is a daily event. Surfers love our end of the beach when the waves are high. Have your meals on the deck....a memorable experience.
