You will stay in this vast prestigious apartment, in a beautiful 17th century mansion, located in the historic heart of the capital, on Ile Saint-Louis. Central location with Easy access to Latin Quarter, Marais, Les Halles, and Notre Dame.

Discover this remarkable neighborhood, its unique and lively atmosphere, and the French way of life.
On a high floor, the apartment is a 140m2 large two bedroom with an additional sleeping loft and offers spectacular views of the Seine, the Pont de Sully and the facades of the majestic mansions that surround it. It has all the modern amenities, wifi, AC, W/D and even a gas fireplace.

The space
Make your stay in this fully renovated apartment on Ile Saint-Louis a lasting memory, thanks to its unique and warm atmosphere.

Its recent renovation has highlighted its original attributes: Hungarian points parquet, marble fireplace, cornices and moldings....

Access is secured by keypad and intercom.
After crossing the hidden courtyard behind the blue carriage door you will access the apartment by elevator to the landing that serves only this apartment.

The circular entrance opens to a wonderful stained glass entrance parlor that leads into four bright rooms, all extremely bright, thanks to the high-floor, and eight windows with views of the Seine, its Paris Beach quais and the Pont de Sully bridge. Watch the Péniches cruise down the seine and play the piano if you choose to or just listen to music while sipping a glass of Rosé.

The living room has a large marble fireplace, a bar, and very comfortable sofas. The big screen TV is hidden behind high sliding mirrors.

- the dining area sits up to 10 guests
- the modern kitchen fully is equipped with high-end appliances and cooking tools
- a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and sink is located as an extension of the kitchen.

The sleeping areas consists of:
- a master bedroom with a queen bed of great comfort, ample storage in clothing rack and linen, private bathroom and WC.
- a second bedroom with a queen size bed that can be separated into two twin beds, many storage cabinets in wardrobe and linen, bathroom and private toilet + sauna
- this second bedroom has a mezzanine with a full sleeping loft bed.
The furniture and artwork has been chosen with great taste and the colors are soft and harmonious.

Beautiful Apartment and Location

The Ile Saint Louis is our favorite neighborhood in Paris, and this apartment was perfect for our stay. It is precisely as pictured, but the photos don’t capture how wonderful it is to awake to morning sun on the Seine! The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. We had a delightful week in Paris with our son and his fiancée. We would love to return soon!

Fantastic week in Paris and we loved this special apartment and location on Ile Saint Louis…truly a gem! Communications with owner and management team excellent from start…appreciated their assistance with airport transfer booking and meeting us onsite at arrival. Apartment interiors were beautiful and comfortable for our family of five. Loved just looking out the windows and seeing river cruise boats pass, joggers and people enjoying drinks along the river, and walkers and bikers crossing the bridge…really unique spot! Overall, we felt this was 5 star apartment and location. Hard to imagine coming back to Paris and not staying here again…already looking forward to next time!

Fabulous Paris apartment!

Our stay in this gorgeous apartment was absolute heaven! Every detail is exquisite from the fabulous windows in all the rooms overlooking the Seine, to the modern, stocked gourmet kitchen, to the beautiful bedding and decor. The concierge was very available to answer questions before and throughout our stay, and also organized a transfer from the airport and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect for sightseeing, shopping and dining. I cannot say enough good things about our stay-we truly did not want to leave and would love to rent this apartment again!

Comfortable Apartment for Family Trip to Paris!

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Paris with my parents. Can’t beat the location and there was plenty of room to relax comfortably after a long day of sightseeing! The concierge team was very responsive and helpful. The only surprise was that the elevator services 1/2 floors and stairs are difficult for my mom. While we were grateful to have the use of an elevator, we wish we knew that my mom would have to go up 1/2 a flight to get to the elevator from the ground level and then down half a flight to get to the apartment. Other than that, our experience was really enjoyable and highly recommend this apartment!
