As you step inside, you'll be greeted by abundant natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting the radiant walnut flooring. The heart of this penthouse is the full-stocked gourmet kitchen, featuring Carrera marble countertops and a suite of high-end Miele appliances. The bathrooms boast custom Miton vanities, Duravit bathtubs and toilets, exquisite Marmo Bianco tile work. For your entertainment and comfort, we offer motorized shades throughout (including blackouts in the bedrooms and solars in the lounge), a projector with Apple TV, Polk Bluetooth Sound, and a motorized 100" screen.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Owner Approval: This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
