The Space:

Welcome to Rialto VI, a luxurious and spacious 2,500+ square foot mega-loft situated in the heart of Union Square. This expansive 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom downtown loft, accessible via a private elevator, features a grand great room with 10-foot ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and ample space for relaxing, dining, and entertaining. The open-plan chef's kitchen, complete with limestone countertops and top-tier appliances, is perfect for cooking and socializing. You'll find peace in the serene bedrooms, each offering ample space, custom storage solutions, and luxurious en-suite bathrooms.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

The epicenter of the city's 1960s counterculture movement, the tree-lined streets of Greenwich Village are now a hub of popular cafes, bars and restaurants. Jazz clubs and Off-Broadway Theaters can also be found amid the brownstones and New York University buildings. At its heart is Washington Square Park, where people mingle around the central plaza. Rainbow flags attest to the neighborhood's LGBT-friendly vibe.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Note that guests cannot use the fireplace located in the living room.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
