Very nice place!! Took my son to Disneyland for the first time and this rental house was honestly the easiest part of the whole ordeal. This is also my first time using a rental house instead of a hotel and i really liked the experience. although it's expensive, it was convenient to be able to have my whole family sleep comfortably (including my dogs)

Perfect Place!

Our family of six stayed 11 days at this house and it accommodated us perfectly. Great location, quiet neighborhood, spacious & clean house. The owners were also responsive & friendly to our questions & requests. We will definitely plan to stay in this house again next time we visit SoCal.

Property was in a great location. The house was very clean and the owner was very nice. Made for a great Christmas with the family. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this gem in Orange County.

Great CA Getaway

Cozy and welcoming

Wonderful stay close to Huntington Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect, just 25 minutes from Huntington Beach, making it very convenient for beach days. The house was incredibly clean, and the updated bathrooms were a nice touch. We appreciated the comfy couch, the availability of a washer and dryer, and the fully stocked kitchen that made it easy for us to prepare meals. They even provided beach towels, which was a thoughtful addition. Additionally, the hosts were easy to get in touch with, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Good 4 bed house with everything you need.25mins from Disney.The furniture/decor was a little dated.Beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable and could really do with a bedside light each side of the master bedroom on 1st floor (ground floor)The pillows were also really poor quality, felt like lumpy sponge pieces. You can get 'feels like down' pillows really cheap from Costco and for the price point of this property the pillow, uncomfortable beds and old bedside cabinets and furniture really let this property down. For those reasons we don't think we would stay there again. Having a decent night's sleep is really important. We wished there was a kettle for us tea loving Brits The kitchen and bathrooms had been refurbished and were fairly new. The a/c was pretty loud.The grass in the back yard was completely dead and really needs all taking up and replacing and that would make the garden look so much nicer. The neighbourhood was really lovely and quiet.We arrived at night but could not see a house number anywhere which was pretty frustrating as we weren't sure if we were trespassing on someone elses propertyIt would be great if you could add a clearly marked house number under the outside light next to the door.

Oxford Drive is a quiet neighborhood. I like the neighbors and I like the fact that the house has been in my family for three generations. I like the proximity to the beach, shopping, theme parks, Long Beach and Los Angeles. Because it is not to far from the beach, there is a nice ocean breeze.
