This Disneyland condo is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort, with the delightful shops and restaurants of Downtown Disney in between. Walk to the free Disney tram that drops you off at the Disneyland and California Adventure entrances. Also, the Downtown Disney Monorail Station offers convenient transportation directly into the Tomorrowland area of Disneyland Park bypassing long lines at the main gates.

About the Home
This Disneyland rental home is 100% brand new inside! Completely remodeled 2015, it has new hardwood/tile floors throughout, new paint, new kitchen cabinets, new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, and all brand new furniture. Stocked with everything that will make your stay comfortable and easy, we have gone above and beyond, sparing no expense, to make your stay outstanding while offering the best value for your money.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Accommodations
The master bedroom suite features a California King size bed, full size futon, walk in closet and a 49 inch LED Smart TV.

The second bedroom boasts a Twin over Full bunk bed with Trundle pullout, and a 40 inch LED Smart TV with DVD player.

The living room features a Queen sized Sofa pullout bed, a 65 inch LED Smart TV and Blu-ray player.

The condo also has a queen sized air mattress.

Great Position

Apartment was great! Ten minute walk to downtown Disney. Apartment had everything we needed and the bed was so awesome the we wished we could bring it home with us!

Perfect

Sara has provided a fantastic home away from home for families. The unit has everything you could need and the pool was especially well received after long hot days trudging it out at the parks. We loved all the touches for the kids. Books and their own personal tv which they loved the novelty off. Plastic cups, plates and utensils that make life less stressful with kids are all here. The kids pack with gifts and popcorn were well received. We couldn't have done the parks without the sit and stand stroller. Our kids are 4 and 7 and often they were both in it. As well as a great place to keep our shopping, snacks and drinks. We also hired a car for a day trip down to Legoland and it was very simple from Alamo Downtown Disney. Parking in the garage just around the corner from the unit. Made it all so easy. The garage also has lots of useful things for making the pool or beach experience better. Access to the parks is via a walk to the Parking shuttle tram which is free and takes you to near the park gates/downtown disney. All nice and flat walking and everything both in the complex where the unit is, as well as the trip to the park is clean and feels safe. We loved our stay at Sara's unit and am reminiscing at the moment. Currently freezing in San Francisco when a few short days ago we were super warm. Fueling our trips around Disney with frappacino's and looking forward to swimming in the pool at the end of exhausting days. Thank you for creating such a useful space for families to holiday. Wish we could say we will be back but unfortunately from Australia its more like a once in a lifetime trip. We will fondly remember Disneyland and our wonderful stay here. Cheers Nicole

Excellent location

We had a great stay at this location! The space had everything we needed and it made our family vacation very enjoyable. We utilized a double stroller for our two youngest kids at Disneyland and it worked out great! We will absolutely look to stay here again on our next family trip to Disneyland.

Great Disneyland Getaway

Communication with host was fantastic. We knew exactly where to go and was easily able to navigate a community that could be confusing without context. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless when we came in. The kids (5 & 2) loved the second bedroom which had a great bunk bed setup and TV they thoroughly enjoyed. Location was great for the purpose of our stay, three days bouncing between the Disney parks. You're right across the street from the Disney parking lot that has the tram you can take over but the walk to Downtown Disney isn't too daunting. Would definitely stay again!

March stay

We had an excellent stay at this condo. Sara had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen, large dining table, lots of towels, and little extras like games and umbrellas. We loved our stay. We could see the fireworks from right outside the condo. Only draw back was the pool was not heated. Beds were super comfy and we loved all the space the condo provided for our family of 6. We didn't end up walking to the Disney parks but it was a 5 min drive. Will definitely stay again!

I am from Utah and have traveled thoroughly around the world with my family. I know what it is like to travel with children and have an appreciation for the things that can make or break a good vacation. I have jumped out of planes at 15,000 feet, climbed and summited the tallest mountain in my state, scuba dived to 100 feet below the surface of the ocean and run a relay race across 200 miles. None of that can compare to how tired a parent may feel after a full day at the theme parks! It can be exhausting having that much fun. I know all you want to do is come back to your room and feel at home and relax! As your Hostess, I will make sure you get all that and more.

Less than a 10 minute walk to Disneyland Tram. 20 second walk to the pools, hot tub and playground. CLEAN with more space then a hotel! Need I say more?
