This beautiful home, furnished with fine modern and antiques, has been completely remade, offering to my guests a pleasant stay.
Marble and parquet floors, high quality refining for bathrooms and kitchen.
The terrace with view offers enjoyable relaxing spots.

Comfortable apartment in Prati but needs some care

We stayed for 3 weeks so got to know the apartment well. It was clean but not very clean. And it needed upkeep, maintenance. And a deep cleaning beyond the typical surfaces. It is very comfortable and we loved the neighborhood. So peaceful and a real neighborhood amongst all the tourists of Rome.

Beautiful Apartment and Incredible Last Minute Service!

We booked this lovely apartment for four on a quiet street near the shopping area of Rome, but at the last minute a problem occurred with the apartment. Marzia immediately contacted us and suggested another place that more than filled our needs. It was a lovely choice also on a quiet street, wonderfully equipped, comfortable and spacious. Claudio, her son, met us there, showed us where everything was and made sure we knew how the electronics worked. All in all Marzia turned what could have been a disaster into a very positive and enjoyable experience for all of us.

A GREAT APARTMENT IN THE CENTER OF ROME

Marzia's penthouse apartment is located on a quiet street not far from the Vatican and the Tiber River. The four of us had plenty of space and all the essentials to make our stay enjoyable. Marzia arranged for a car service when we arrived at the airport and again when we needed to fly home from Rome. She had listings for about a dozen restaurants nearby and around Rome.
