I told him we’re both 80 years old and we’re handicapped, and there were no dollies to bring up our luggage only steps to get to the elevator, and the views were exaggerated looking at the ocean

The property looks very fresh on the website. In fact, it was old with uncomfortable seating. Reading lights were inadequate. You Tube TV which was provided was spotty and kept kicking out. There was blond hair in the tub which showed that it had not been cleaned. The rugs were dirty and spotted. There was mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom. The property needs to be deep cleaned and updated or pulled out of inventory. Very disappointed. I use VRBO and this is my first negative review.

This was a beautiful villa with a great view. Comfy beds and an amazing shower. Easy access to beach. Would definitely book again.

Stay was nice, living room furniture needs a deep clean and has seen better days. I had to put my own towels brought from home down to sut on the living room furniture. The sliding doors especially right side needs maintenance- difficult to open/ close. Though it states You tube tv is included- it is not - not a deal breaker Just a fact.

nice location. Ocean views are excellent. Maintenance addressed a hot water issue immediately and followed up the next day to finalize shower door that came off track and he couldn't fix immediately. Impressed with their quick response.

Kiawah never disappoints

First trip in 40 years that we had rain every day, but still enjoyed being in Kiawah, enjoying family, great food and spending money at the shops in Freshfields. The Villa was cozy and just right for the four of us. The unit was extremely clean, and we enjoyed every minute, although no beach-time this year. But we'll return to this island of heaven again next year, and hopefully many more years to come.
