Start your holiday the right way by kicking back at this stylish holiday home.
Swan's Nest can be found at Myoli Beach, Sedgefield, Western Cape. It's newly built with a seaside feel, bringing that sense of calmness and tranquility. It has three large downstairs bedrooms all en-suite with bathrooms. Each opens out onto a patio, looking into the walled garden and allowing the fresh sea breeze to come in.

The living space is on the top level. The kitchen is equipped with all the white good items you'll need to enjoy your holiday. The dining area with bar feature, and indoor braai is a great entertainment space. It opens onto the long covered veranda with views to the sea.

There is an enclosed pool area with fire pit & braai area. This is fenced off to provide a kid and pet friendly environment.

Myoli Beach access is just across the road, and you can choose to walk along to the lagoon for fishing or swimming.

The house has a backup Inverter with battery, just in case there's load shedding.

Plenty space for cars and trailers to park on the property behind the gate.

A very clean modern property. Great access to the beach. Very helpful but not intrusive host etc. Everything one needs is here. Never gets too hot as there’s a lovely cooling sea breeze. Thoroughly recommend

Die 2 Wohnzimmersofas könnten erneuert werden ebenso müssten die Außenpolster gerreinigt bzw. erneuert werden. Ein Mißstand sind die fehlenden Steckdosen in den Badezimmern. Ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung und man fühlt sich in diesem Haus sehr wohl.

Why they chose this property

This neighbourhood is close to the beach and set in a quite community where you can go ride your bike, go for a run, or walk on the beach. If that's not your thing then why not grab a drink, put your feet up and enjoy the sunset as the sun goes down.

What makes this property unique

This property is special as the entertainment area is on the upper floor which gets the sun and views . It's the perfect place to rest and relax being just a stones through away from the beach.
