Located steps from Lake Michigan, Lake Breeze is the answer for your perfect beach getaway! Rent one unit or bring your friends and family and rent them all.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and glass doors that open up to the private balcony. The living room has a full sleeper sofa as the second bed. You can comfortably fit 3 adults and the space is still the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. We provide your morning coffee with a Keurig, customized coffee station, and k-cups.

Just over an hour from Chicago and minutes away from Michigan City Lighthouse Outlet Mall and Blue Chip Casino. Walking distance to Washington Park Zoo and Harbor.

Did I mention you will be staying just a hop and a skip away from the beach?

The entire unit with a shared backyard and laundry room. Laundry room will be off limits from 11am - 4pm daily. Please plan accordingly!

Walk to Washington Park Zoo, Water Splash Park, Marina for dinner or drive to Michigan City Lighthouse Outlet Mall, skate park and trails of Indiana Dune State Park, Blue Chip Casino.

Take a sand path that leads you to the most beautiful Lake Michigan beach. It is only 200 yards away and you can make several trips to the beach per day. On a clear day you may enjoy seeing skyscrapers of Chicago downtown. It is a perfect place for relaxation at any season of the year.

We are granted an exemption (for health reasons) for hosting service animals or emotional support animals. Any animal on the property will lead to an automatic eviction and $1000 fine per animal minimum.

We do have RING Cameras on the outside of the home as well as the lobby/laundry area.

We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

Please do not block the cameras.

No pets allowed on the premises.

We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.

We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.

No smoking or vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke/marijuana
Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
Guest specifically accepts ALL liability for use of bunk beds on the property and understands that Owner shall have no liability from any accidents, injuries, or death that may result from the proper or improper use of said bunk beds. Guest accepts said liability by voluntary use of said bunk beds.
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Blocking of RING camera's will lead to an AUTOMATIC EVICTION. No Refund will be issued and guest will be handed out a fine up to $500.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
Laundry room will be off limits from 11am - 4pm daily. Please plan accordingly! We will have to take laundry out if being used as our clean team may need the machines. If so, one may be subject up to a $100 fine.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
