House was perfect for our group of 5. The dog enjoyed the large yard and took a few dips in the lake. Views from the back deck were beautiful. I would suggest having the cluster of trees removed that block some of the scenery but everything was great. Buffalo Lake is more of a fishing lake and we were not disappointed. Will definitely come back.

The environment was amazing, very accommodating and the owner was very prompt to respond to any questions we had. We had a great time, the house is well located for fishing and getting away but close enough to town in case you want to go out to eat or trip to the store. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Montello area.

Everything as described, the house is a large and well-equipped place to relax and enjoy Buffalo Lake. An easy, quick walk out the back door leads you to a pier from which you can fish. Large mouth bass and feisty pan fish create a fun diversion for the casual fisherman. Plenty of room to spread out inside and a really nice bathroom with a relaxing shower make this an ideal place to relax. Friendly neighbors round out an enjoyable stay

Close to everything

The house was very clean and had a great view of the lake. It us located on Buffalo Lake, within minutes of Montello and the Wisconsin Dells is only 30 minutes away. James always got back to questions quickly and was a wonderful host.

A great place for a get together with a group. Lots of beds and space. Nice view of the lake as well. The lake itself should be strictly viewed as a fishing lake. The house was stocked with necessary cleaning supplies and household items. Hand towels and washcloths were lacking, but that's really my only knock. Thanks for letting us stay, we all enjoyed it!

Everything went off without a hitch. Host gave me a pre check-in tour and answered all of our questions quickly. Everything worked as expected except some outlets in the master bedroom. Highly recommend if you want a decent place with a beautiful lake view and no problems.

Great place to stay super convenient for us 6 guys. Fished some tournaments in the area able to park 3 boats easy. Power to charge was a little tricky. We managed. Ower super cool plan on using next year same time if available.

Fantastic lake property

The centralized location allowed us to adventure to numerous parts. Highly recommend driving through Amish country. The house is very comfortable, amply supplied. We enjoyed numerous grilled dinners on the deck. The wildlife put on many shows to include a deer walking through the property, hummingbird flying up to greet us and cranes putting on numerous shows daily. The view of the lake from the deck is ever changing.

Short getaway

Booked short (3 days) vacation on a whim. House was clean and as described. Ramp into the house was very helpful for our old Bouvier dog. Had a nice fire in the pit one night with everyone gathered round. Were unlucky fishing off the dock but didn't spend much time at it. We had plenty of room and all got along. Would certainly recommend!
