I live in the downstairs unit of the duplex so I am usually around if needed. Can be contacted by cell/text at 907-242-4940
What makes this property unique
This is the home that I grew up in and it was built by my father in the 50's. The upstairs was added in 1964. The house has always been warm and bright in the winter when the days are cold and dark. The location is easily accessable to the main N/S road which either takes you downtown or out to the Seward highway heading south.
