Welcome to a Gem of Ozarks! The sweet 4 bedroom condo is located just 5 minutes from the famous HWY 76 Branson strip, 10 minutes to the Silver Dollar City, and about 8 minutes to the closest marina! The perfect location for all the Branson adventures you will want to experience during your travels to the Ozarks! Inside the condo you'll have two stories of living space including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and one back deck with a beautiful view!

The Space:
The front door of this condo is located up one flight of stairs and opens into a beautiful living room with view of the Ozark trees out the window! Head on out to the back deck to soak in the Ozarks. You can even see the HWY 76 strip from the back deck and the Ferris Wheel brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier! The kitchen is stocked with most everything you would need to cook up your favorites and everyone can gather around the dining table for some delicious meals together!

Three of the bedrooms are located on the main level. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and there is full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms.

Then head on upstairs to the second living room featuring several different games, sure to keep everyone entertained! Bedroom 4 is also located upstairs as well as the last bathroom. This condo will be the perfect spot for your family to make special memories together here in Branson, MO!

The Neighborhood:
The Vineyards Terrace location is ideal, just 5 minutes from the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

Or take a short 8 minute drive to Silver Dollar City, one of Branson’s biggest attractions! Silver Dollar City is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

More options of fun things to do with Table Rock Lake also just minutes away! State Park Marina is 10 minutes from the condo, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
No need for keys! You will be able to check yourselves in with the keypad lock on the front door. We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be available to help if you need anything!
