Centrally located- you will be only minutes from Balboa Park, Gaslamp & beaches. The space PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CLOSELY:
BEDROOMS: The first bedroom has a queen size bed & direct access to patio, the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed, attached bathroom & french doors leading to patio.
There is a couch for additional sleeping.
BACKYARD: There is a large back yard perfect for the family pet (see note on pets below).
LAUNDRY: Brand new washer & dryer in the home.
LOCATION: Centrally located. Located near 30th & Market St you are minutes from the the 94, I-15, I-5 & the 805. Close to Downtown, Balboa park, South Park/North Park & the beaches.
PARKING: There is parking for 2-3 cars & ample street parking
PET(S) CONSIDERED Pets may be allowed if the pet has been approved and a nonrefundable Pet Fee has been paid. Fee will be added to reservation total before confirming. Pet Fee: $100/ Per pet.
Heating | Cooling: This home is equipped with central heating. For warmer days this home has 4 tower fans.
THINGS TO ENJOY NEARBY South Park: Just a short drive or bike ride away. South Park has great restaurants, a park for your dog, kiddos or to play golf! Downtown: There is always something going on downtown from a padres game to a farmers market. You can walk around have a great bite to eat or head to one of the many bars for a refreshing drink! The beaches: Just a short 10 minute drive there are tons of beaches to choose from. We love Ocean Beach the best for it's quaint SoCal style. If your looking for a more upbeat beach check out Pacific Beach or PB (as the locals call it). Coronado is a hit too if your looking for more of a family atmosphere.

Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance.
Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with us.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will receive a welcome letter with check-in details and lock code for their stay. This home is also equipped with a Ring Monitor.

We enjoyed our stay here. There was enough space for 6 of us. Loved that it was very close to the beach and the airport so it made our traveling easier. I would highly recommend!
The house is remodeled, clean and spacious for a group or family with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has multiple Ring cameras on the exterior and a Ring alarm. The neighborhood is decent, there’s a couple places within walking distance such as a fast food restaurant and a liquor store. Ubers were cheap to downtown. We visited for New Years and did not take advantage of the hot tub due to limited time. We did have to message the host a couple of times and they were responsive within the hour. The con’s were the mattresses and pillows are very basic/thin and the neighbor had a barking dog that woke us up daily. are
