Central heating is not availble in this home. Six portable room heaters are available for use.
It is expected that renters will clean up after pets, both inside the home and in the yard outside the home.

The location and size of the house was fantastic. It was so close to the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home and it was so close to downtown and restaurants in the area (walking and driving distance) so we had the option to stay in or go out!

We very much enjoyed the beach house. Location is everything and this place has it! A block and a half to the beach and a few blocks in the opposite direction to downtown Bradley Beach with a growing selection of nice restaurants and breweries. The house is as pictured and described - certainly not the height of luxury but has all of the fixings for a comfortable stay, especially when the beach is the focus.

Great House

A nice walk to the beach. Very friendly street. Nice to sit on the porch. Everyone who walked by commented on the flowers. Roomy house. It was the perfect getaway for our family. Able to walk to get coffee and breakfast.

Disappointed

The location was fantastic. The house is unclean; large cobwebs in the corners, dirt on the windowsill in the kitchen, paint chipping in many areas, ants on kitchen counter and bathroom floor, furniture placed all over the place, front porch had so many chairs. Family left after 2 Days. The pictures did not represent the house well.

Our property manager acted promptly with ant control measures as soon as she was made aware of the issue, and we hope this helped resolve the problem during your stay.
