Just inside the gates of a world renowned resort this newly renovated condominium (Aug 2015) is just steps away from PFC Camp and La Costa Resort Spa/Salon. This 1 bedroom 2 bath condo is on the second floor of the complex. The building has its own pool along with remote gate parking under the complex.
A family of 3 will fit perfectly in this beautiful condo. There are two completely remodeled bathrooms with marble and tile to refresh yourself after a day at the beach. Light blocking blinds on each of the sliding doors are perfect for those mornings you want to sleep in. Once you are up you can open the shades and the doors and let the fresh breeze flow freely through your vacation home.
The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to create a culinary delight of your own. There are all new stainless steel appliances that include a counter depth refrigerator, an electric stove/oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Need a break from cooking? There is no need to drive. Just take a short stroll to Bar Traza or Bob's Steak & Chop House. With all the resort amenities and all that San Diego has to offer, you will be sure to come back to this elegant condo.

This cute condo is on the grounds of the La Costa resort. The layout is perfect for a couple. The “neighborhood” is beautiful and safe. Nice access to I5 and a SuperCharger nearby in addition to the advertised shops and restaurants in walking distance

Great location in resort and close to the beach

The condo was attractive, comfortable and in a good location. I enjoyed having the Marketplace a short walk away for a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The grocery store was just around the corner. The manager was available for my questions and was very helpful all around. The only thing I would suggest is to have a spatula and a colander in the kitchen.

Carlsbad Cycling Trip

Grounds were perfect for our stay. I gave 4/5 for communication with property manager only because we didn’t need any contact. Kitchen could use a strainer for pasta etc and a salad spinner. As there is no bbq allowed on balcony or grounds pasta and salad was our go to. Wifi was a little spotty so would not do well for someone working but not a big deal for us. We loved the pool and hot tub amenities and quietness of the building. I would recommend this suite for a vacation!

Very comfortable stay

We were greeted by the property manager by email and text in the first day of our stay. We asked if there was a hot water pot and blender and Cindy, the property manager, went out and got us a brand new one as there wasn’t one in the unit. Great customer service. The unit is in an older building but fully renovated in the last few years and kept clean. The bathrooms were nicely updated. However, the faucets in the master needs repair We had some issues with the hot water in one shower and one set of faucets. Cindy looked into it but it took a couple days to resolve as a plumber had to come in. Someone in the building had turned off the hot water line. We also had some issues with the washer that not completing cycle that was annoying. Advised the manager and hope it is fixed for the next renter. Overall location was great for us. Carlsbad is a nice area a little less busy than San Diego. And it was nice central place for us to visit the San Diego area. As we were there in Late Dec/early Jan, the weather didn’t allow us to really enjoy the pool or the golf course. Overall it was a comfortable place to come back to after visiting the areas attaftikns and sores. Loved our stay and hope we can come back again.

Convenient access to Omni La Costa Resort

Condo is located was right across the street from Omni La Costas’ Villa’s where my sisters family we’re staying. The resort was fully booked so I was glad to find something so close and 1/2 the price so I could spend time with them. Unit was impeccably clean and comfortable.
