Beachy Keen 2 is a second row home in a quiet subdivision. You will love the 1000 square feet of furnished deck space with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. You are just moments away from "toes in the sand" at this great location.

The open great room has plenty of comfortable furniture, and the large dining table is perfect for meals or games/puzzles. The kitchen is stocked with all the things needed for cooking, including both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. For your convenience, the home also has a washer and dryer.

With 1500 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 11 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath. Bedroom two has one queen bed. Bedroom three features 4 twin beds, and the loft area has 3 twin beds and its own TV.

Downstairs you will find great entertaining space, with a picnic table, fish cleaning station, charcoal barbecue grill, and an outdoor sand shower. There is also a fenced-in area of the yard for your pet or kids to enjoy. You will want to come back to Beach Keen 2 again and again!

Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a fee; please, no cats. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

We had our daughter, son in law, and our grandchildren with us for the Fourth of July. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room, a nice deck to view fireworks, and a short distance to the beach. We had a great time!!

The location was perfect. The home size was also perfect for our family. The cons /compliant the home was not cleaned. counter tops, island, sink, floors and some comforters not clean. Food crumbs, sticky stuff on counter. The beds need to be updated not comfortable. The AC seemed to be on a smart pre set ? tried cooling cabin at night and certain time during the day and felt very humid and ac set point was not being met. I know this all sounds bad but. The cabin was really great other wise. The layout for the kids was perfect the deck was great with ocean views being on second row. plenty of parking and perfect loaction with beach access withing walking distance. For the price of this cabin vs many others i feel it was priced accordingly. The furnishing and cabin seemed dated needs a good deep clening. Did address the lack of cleaning after check in. With all that said because of the location and the price would probly stay here again.

Fun times at Beachy Keen 2

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First couple of days had a lot of rain, but sun finally showed it's face for the last 3. Mosquitos were brutal, went through many cans of OFF, but overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only improvement I would suggest would be a paved drive to the parking area under the house, as we had a few vehicles get stuck due to the rain drenched conditions. The dog pen and closed off deck area was invaluable..
