Here you can easily prepare your breakfast and meals and feel like you are visiting Athens from the comfort of your own home. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge, kettle, toastesr, juicer,egg boiler,coffee maker as well as a variety of pots and sauce pans and all cooking accessories to prepare your meals and enjoy them.

Τhere is already some salt pipper, oregano , vinegar , olive oil and some spices.Anything else you need to provide we have three super markets nearby and are open until 11pm.There is also another super market wich is also open 24h during all night and also delivers products of any pIn its 50s.m you will find a master bedroom with a double-bed and ample closet,a spacious living room with an extra double bed,a LED TV, a dining corner and a balcony with a cozy sitting area, a bathroom with a modern shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, clothes washing machine ,toaster, kettle etc.
The entire flat which has just been completely renovated(summer 2015) is all new and decorated in a way to bring a welcoming intimacy to you, your new home away from home. Guests can enjoy the privacy of the whole apartment which is clean and fully equipped with everything they need to live comfortably in at home.You can use anyhting included in the house and feel comfortable like your own home.

In the afternoon and early evening , tired from a full day at the sites, museums, shops or the beach, you can enjoy an icy coffee ''Freddo Capuccino''( Greek specialty), or even a glass of cold Greek White wine, in the privacy of your own cozy veranda .

Guests can enjoy the privacy of the whole apartment which is clean and fully equipped with everything they need to live comfortably in everyday.You will find all basics in the house : soap, shampoo, shower gel, sheets, towels, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, bin bags.


It is a quiet and friendly non touristic neighborhood with small bakeries and coffee shops , take-aways and tavernas, convenient stores, pharmacies and super markets, all at your door step!
The apartment ,is very well-placed for public transportation towards the City Center, the Athens Riviera
(south coast beaches) or the Port of Piraeus as you can choose between the train, bus, metro, tramway, trolleybus and also an abundance of local taxis.

The flat was recently FULLY renovated (summer 2015) in order to offer all modern comforts and can accommodate up to five (6) guests perfect for a family or couples with kids. Ιt is ideal for couples, due to its romantic atmosphere but can easily host a group of four and six people.
In its 110s.m you will find a master bed room with a second bedroom with two single beds(together/saparate),a Spacious big living room-third bedroom with an extra big double Bed ,a LED TV, a dining corner and a balcony with a cozy sitting area,one very big bathroom wich features a central modern glass shower with entry on both sides,another second bathroom with a second sink and basin and a fully equipped saparate kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

There is also a third saparate smaller room at the entrance that opens up to the adjoining rooms and even can accomodate two more people.
One or even two extra beds(7th+8th) can be also added upon request or a baby cot.

For our small guests we offer quantity branded baby equipment for rent such as travel cots, bouncing chairs, baby monitors, food warmers and many other kids' necessities (please contact us for details).
Please note: all beds are very comfortable with High Quality mattresses!

To make your experience even pleasanter and help you overcome the usual difficulties of getting around , we can book for you, theater tickets, restaurants, museum and island tours and provide you with all the necessary information to ensure you'll have an enjoyable stay for free of course!

At your arrival we will also give you a guide that we will have personally prepared with all my suggestions and tips for the town.
