Art micro-loft is a freshly renovated open space basement studio with private entrance. Total surface 55 m², ideal for 2, but easily comfortable with 3. Self Check in with a smart lock. Open space bedroom and living area. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet and marble shower room. Doors and windows with insect screens. Five min walk from the beach and Vouliagmeni lake. Convenient access to public transportation. Close to charming restaurants and bars.
In the common area there are one double (160cm x 200 cm) bed and one sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Separate toilet and marble shower room. This layout allows someone to take a shower while someone else gets ready at the sink or another guest is using the toilet. The French door with insect screen brings a lot of natural light into the studio.
Micro Loft is ideal for a couple, being only five minutes away from the beach and the lake at a very reasonable price. Every part of the studio feels intentionally designed and appropriately scaled. Our comfortable art micro-loft and superb location will provide you with a fabulous Athenian Riviera experience!

Die Schöne Wohnung befindet in Glyfada kann man immer buchen
Ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι με ιδιαίτερη αισθητική. Η Sotiria έχει φροντίσει τα πάντα με το καλύτερο τρόπο και είναι πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστείτε. Το σπίτι έχει πολύ γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο αεροδρόμιο και στα εκθεσιακά κέντρα. Είναι απόλυτα καθαρό και λειτουργικό, ιδίως εάν είστε αρκετά άτομα.
