The house was perfect! Comfortable beds and several different areas to sit and chat--exactly what we needed for a couple of old friends dedicating a weekend to catching up. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean, everything labeled and easy to find. We loved our weekend here!

The home is very beautiful and well stocked. The outdoor space was perfect for our wine tastings. I would definitely rent again. I just wish there was a half bathroom in the living room. It’s about 45 min to Napa valley and 40 min to San Francisco. Very well centralized.

Felt safe. Close to highways. Clean. Loved the retro-modern feel of the place. Only issue: 3rd bedroom did not have proper bed and no A/C vent. Had to endure complaints of hot and stuffy the whole time.

Excellent review for House of Good Vibes There is nothing we can say other than this house could not have been a better match for my family…each of us was enthralled for different reasons, but we all wanted to spend as much time as possible in the covered back patio area, under the hanging plant that was home to a dove family with 4 chicks.The house is clean and welcoming, And the kitchen contained everything you could hope for. We had a wonderful meal delivered from a local Mediterranean restaurant. And the beds! So comfortable and we all appreciated the soft bedding, Only thing missing was a kitty, but we did interact with a neighbor bengal boy who welcomed us and vice versa.

House is so cute. Very mid century in the Eicler style. It has everything you need. All is labeled for easy identification. Bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen and dining room are large, great for gathering and good food. Our hostess and her team resonated to our questions in a timely manner. Very gracious. Neighborhood is quiet; beautiful landscaped yards. You will have a fantastic vacation in this lovely house. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and beautiful plants. Very well done.

We spent a couple of nights at the property and it was as we anticipated. Loved the outdoor patio, the owner was very accessible to us and provided ample time with check in instructions. We would stay again if we are in Concord again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. From the minute you walk in to that minute you have to leave and realize how calming this house is. The owner has not only kindly labeled everything, but made sure everything from teas to coffee to spices were stocked up. The beds, and the bedding, were very comfortable. I also appreciated that everywhere you turn there was an artistic surprise waiting around every corner. The owner was very accommodating and always helpful. As well, the house was in a great quiet location but also close to everything. Thank you for a great stay!

Striking decor and vibe throughout property. Wanted a cozy, comfortable place to just sit and connect. Outside patio was meant for this. Appreciated all of the labeled drawers and switches/handles throughout house, and we were impressed with all the kitchen supplies-even a small rice cooker!

Concord Ca. Eichler House Trip

My family stayed at this house for several days while visiting the area to attend my daughter's medical school residency match day. The house is lovely and very well appointed. The patio area was perfect for relaxing. The location was great for us as it is in close proximity to so much, Davis, Napa, Oakland, Berkeley and SF! The neighborhood was quiet too.

Eichler Stay

The property was wonderful. It was very clean and the furniture was as I expected, mid century modern with great colors. The wall decor was fabulous. We enjoyed the little extras around the house and also the toiletries were of very good quality. The beds were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay in the home.

As soon as we walked in, we all felt relaxed and right at home. Everything in this home is so thought out and well organized. I love that each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. It’s decorated so cute and you can tell so much time and effort was put into it. We spent most evenings outside on the back patio sipping wine, playing games and visiting with our family who live very close by. The location is great. It’s located within a from a Papa Murphys and Safeway and under 2 miles from Trader Joe’s and a Starbucks. (And so much more) This is probably the cleanest Vrbo I have stayed in and my family and I rent a lot of them. I don't remember the last time we could walk around without having to wear slippers or flip flops so our feet would not turn black. Big plus!! The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. We will be back! Thank you, From the Oregon Coast!

Pleasant Hill CA

The house was decorated with a mid century vibe. My granddaughter loved it SO much she said she would live here right now! She is 19. The space was large enough to have the kids over for games and dinner. Loved having a bath for each room. The gardens were beautiful and the back patio was so comfortable. The picnic table sagged so we didn’t use it and the kitchen could use more baking dishes. But those were minor. It did get hot in the afternoons. AC ran all the time due to lack of insulation. But that was just for 2 days of our trip. The weather cooled off to normal temps and the house stayed comfortable. Bella was easy to work with.
