Located inside the Perimeter in Brookhaven. Walking distance of Perimeter Mall and Metro Train Station. Wonderful park in neighborhood with trails. Fenced in yard, garage, screened in porch and deck. Easy access to 285 and 400 interstate. Garage, screened in porch, deck and fenced yard. Convenient to St. Joseph, Northside and Scottish Rite Hospitals. Fabulous restaurants and shopping nearby. Perfect for business or guests visiting the city. Absolutely no smoking allowed.* ONLY DOGS allowed with $150 non refundable pet fee plus $25 per additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone.


*$500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a dog on property without our knowledge.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure that you take the trash out to the trash cans. Also, the air should be put on Eco. Thank you again for staying with us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or get togethers other than Guest staying in home
Guests must have convo with owner via inbox before Host will accept bookings
No pit bulls allowed or pit bull mixes nor cats. There is a $150 pet fee per dog.
