Bright and cheerful three bedroom home located in popular Dennisport neighborhood situated along Nantucket Sound. Only .3 mile from Haigis Beach located at the end of the road. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with vaulted ceilings in the spacious living area opening up into the remodeled kitchen and dining area. The main level offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom in the hallway and another living/den space in the back of the home with another half bathroom. This back living area with additional TV gives your family plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home during your stay. To keep yourself cool on those warm summer nights, the home will feature wall air conditioning in the main living area and loft space of the third bedroom. Bedroom #1 and #2 will both have an individual window air conditioner as well.

Positioned right in the heart of Dennisport, this home is perfectly placed to give you access to numerous local favorite spots. Take a quick drive down Lower County Road and you will find Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House and the Wee Packet. Other close by beaches along Nantucket Sound include Glendon Road Beach, South Village Beach and West Dennis beach right down the road.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed.The only drawback was no washer/dryer or clothesline to hang your wet beach towels.
