Big House + Yard Near Sundae Sch + Sea St Beach

Spend your vacation in this roomy (inside and out) house just around the corner from Sundae School and an easy walk to Sea St beach. This extra big ranch features a huge yard complete with grill, picnic table, hammocks, and horse shoe pits -- perfect for hanging out with friends and family. And wait until you see the garage, which is set up as a playroom for kids and adults. Complete with games and a pool table that converts to a ping pong table, you will almost wish for a rainy day. Located on a quiet side street off Sea St, this sunny and spacious house is also walking distance to the Wee Packet and Royal Pizza. Large eat-in kitchen. Window ac units.

- Tenants bring their own bed sheets. There are a variety of towels (bath and beach) at the house which you are welcome to use provided you wash before you leave. If you prefer to travel light, we can provide sheets for a fee of $15 per person.

- Pets are welcome with a one time $200 pet fee.

- There is a maximum occupancy of six adults. Small children are not included in this number.

- One full bath, one half bath, and outdoor shower.

- Sea St Beach is just over 7/10ths of a mile from the house.

Great stay

House is in located in a wonderful spot. Easy to walk to the beach and several eating establishments. We had a couple of issues in the beginning of our stay but Margaret was great and everything was taken care of quickly. Would stay here again!

Beautiful house and yard, incredibly comfortable with ACs in every room (lifesaver in July!), plus a ton of fun activities provided in the detached garage. Would absolutely rent again.

Very large livingroom, comfortable couches. Didn’t love the noise from the air conditioners but at least it kept the house cool. And weather was cool enough could turn them off occasionally. Didn’t have to drive far for restaurants, ice cream or Cuffys.

Our Favorite Place on the Cape!

Our family loves this house! We have stayed here many times, and it is perfect for adults and kids of all ages. There is plenty of room, and the game room in the garage is always a big hit. The house very well kept, and has everything we need. Already looking forward to next year!

House set up and location is great. Communization with host was easy, My only issue was that I didn’t feel it was super clean. I washed all bed blankets and dishes before use. This was my second time to the house. First visit was in 2022. I would stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all tenant concerns seriously and appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. I have spoken to the cleaning crew about doing a better job cleaning. I also swap out all the quilts and bed covers every two weeks. I might now do it every week.

This was our 6th straight year staying at this property. It is centrally locates to everything. Only 15 minutes walk from the beach. The house was immaculate. We are looking forward to our trip in 2019.

For the 3rd year in a row in this house, we could not have been happier. The property is as it was the first time we stayed here 3 years ago. The house was ready on time, clean and welcoming. Cape Cod Sojourn

The house was perfectly located for us and our pup and kids loved the yard. Being around the corner from Sundae School meant ice cream every day. We checked out a few nearby beaches after 5pm to avoid parking fees and Sea Street was the best. The realtor was very responsive, dropped off a beach umbrella for us and addressed a freezer issue quickly. We had a terrific time!

Returning renters

We had another nice stay set week! The house was exactly what was online and we love the location, garage, and good sized bedrooms. My only tip would be to add hooks in each bedroom (or over the closet hanging hooks) as there were 6 of us and nowhere to all hang our bath towels. I have to say the closets are a great size so you don’t have to step over suitcases or bags each day. We will be back next year!

Lovely home in Dennisport

Very clean and modern. Great bathrooms! Pleased that every room had a window air conditioner (we had a very warm week). No dishwasher, though. And the nearest beach was almost a full mile away compared to the listing that said it was .5 miles away. That made it more difficult with a 3 yr. old in tow.

Thanks so much for pointing out the issue with the milage to Sea St beach. We have it as just over 7/10ths of a mile but there is a section of the listing where it says ½ mile away. We cant figure out how to change that area…it looks like something VRBO pre-fills. So I added the milage to the description section so maybe people will see it and not be confused.
