Had a wonderful stay with our daughter, son-in-law and grand-children. The condo was nicely appointed and in a good location just a few minutes from the beach and other points of interest. We used the pool and playground which are just a short walk across the street from the building. Will stay again!

Nice cozy condo. Well done.

Everything was very clean and orderly in the condo. It’s in a very nice quiet community. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Very family friendly and nice people around this community. Great location and close to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Great End of Summer Family Vacation

A perfect end to summer for 4 nights, weather was perfect & the apartment was ideal for going to beach. The facilities are first class both at the apartment and on site. We love Bethany Bay and the surrounding area as there is so much to do with restaurant's and many outdoor activities. We hope to be back soon

My family and I had a great time. The condo was very nice with a quiet location, but close enough to the beach. Matt was very responsive to my questions and proactively checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend

Enjoyed a short vacation with family

Host provided detailed information well ahead of time that allowed us to pack well and make it easy to stay at their place. The condo was lovely, decorated nicely, appliances clean and fully functioning. Everything was as expected and the communications with host was well above expectations. Thank You! PS. If you don't see the washer & dryer right away, it's tucked behind folding doors in the kitchen area.

Amenities

Owner very nice, responds fast, only thing would comment about (which was in contract) is that you have to bring sheets for all the beds and do laundry (towels) and pit all dishes away. Felt like I was cleaning my house. But was furnished nicely and clean

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and our condo. Also glad we were able to accommodate your request for early check in and late checkout. Yes, as advertised and in the details, we don’t provide sheets but do suggest rental options to our guests. We also ask guests to wash and put away towels and dishes they use. Sorry that wasn’t something you were accustomed at rentals. We hope to see you again.
