This 3 bedroom 2.5 Ba townhouse is only 1.5 mi to Bethany Beaches and easy access to kayaking, golf, restaurants, and shops! 2 car garage, private patio w grill, and patio furniture. Fully stocked kitchen, linens included, and beach accessories available. Optional fee to use clubhouse amenities incl gorgeous free-form swimming pool, fitness center, wet and dry spa rooms, pool tables, ping pong, poker tables, firepit, pickleball, and basketball!

The first floor has an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has a large kitchen island perfect for hosting the entire family. Enjoy cooking with the double ovens, electric stovetop, and all countertop appliances included. You find access to a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, and all baking needs!
The living room has a large couch and smart television that is perfect for relaxing on after a long day at the beach.

The 2nd floor is the perfect retreat! It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a loft area. Off the guest bedroom is a private balcony with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The loft area has a queen-sized pull out sofa, reclining sofas, and plenty of books and games waiting for you to enjoy. You will also find a large laundry room.

The garage has access for two cars. You will have access to bikes, a grill, beach chairs, umbrella, and games. The neighborhood is a great place for evening bike rides, skateboards, roller skates, and evening walks.

This is a second year staying here and we LOVE it! The place is spacious and inviting. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is perfect not too far away from Bethany but also far enough away that we didn't deal with traffic too much. The pool is really nice as well. The hosts are great and were always very responsive. Can't wait until next year!

We have rented in the Bethany Beach area for the past 19 years and this was the cleanest house I have stayed in! Sara was a great communicator with a fast response time. We had a wonderful rental experience.
