Welcome to our mountain home, nestled at the end of a peaceful road in Pollock Pines. Located minutes from Hwy 50 and a 24-hour grocery store (Safeway), the home offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility.
Adventurers can visit Jenkinson Lake and numerous trails nearby. Wine lovers will find some of the state's best wineries within a 15 min drive. Apple Hill is just 10 mins away with farms for the whole family to enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, tea kettle, food processor, toaster, blender, and waffle maker.
The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and clearly labeled cabinets for your convenience.
You will have access to the entire house except for an owner’s closet in the kitchen and the garage, which will be locked. All other spaces are yours to enjoy!
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee, tea and spices will be provided for your stay. You can also enjoy board games, coloring supplies, toys, a Graco Pack & Play, and even a Little Free Library where you can take a book and leave a book.
We cherish the tranquility of our neighborhood and strictly enforce quiet hours between 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Dogs are welcome for an extra fee! The home is pet-friendly. We just ask that you pick up after your pet, keep your dog off furniture, and crate your dog if you leave for any amount of time.
For the safety of our guests and our home, we have installed exterior cameras - one is connected to the doorbell of the home, and the other is above the garage facing the driveway. They are 24/7 motion-activated and record video and sound. A noise monitoring device is also in a common area of the home. This captures noice decibel levels only and does not capture conversations.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything felt well thought out, and the labeled kitchen was such a nice touch, it made everything easy and convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
The home was PERFECT! Everything, from check-in to leaving was very organized and streamlined. The home was clean and the backyard was excellent for our daughter’s dog who visited on Saturday. The location is outstanding: close to stores, food and fun!
This home is located at the end of a street-very quiet. The home is amazing! Large backyard, patio & more! Everything was great and would recommend highly.

We had a very good time at this house. It was set up in a very open manner. Communication with the host in ourselves was very good. Check in and check out procedure was extremely simple. Highly recommend this property. Very well provisioned.
The home is beautiful and perfect for a family to stay. It had everything we needed and more. It was very welcoming and easy to get comfortable. I was nervous about bringing our dog but the backyard was perfect for him.

The home was perfect. Check in was simple and easy. They provided everything needed for our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood close to stores and Apple Hill. It’s always nice to getaway for the weekend especially when we are constantly busy. The host was great and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place!
