Wake up to sweeping Gulf views from this spacious 19th-floor corner condo in Tower 1 at Grand Panama Beach Resort. With 1,464 sq. ft., three bedrooms plus a built-in bunk area, two bathrooms and an oversized Gulf-front balcony, there is plenty of room for families to relax without feeling crowded.

The corner location is what makes this condo special. Enjoy panoramic views of Panama City Beach and the Gulf from high above the beach, whether you're having morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening.

The condo includes a king master suite, two queen bedrooms and a twin bunk area. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar, while the open living and dining area keeps the Gulf view front and center.

Seasonal beach service is included from March 15 through October 31 — two chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach. Guests also enjoy Grand Panama's resort pools, hot tubs, fitness center and convenient beach access.

Tower 1 is directly on the Gulf side, so there is no road to cross to reach the beach. M.B. Miller County Pier and Shipwreck Island Waterpark are within walking distance, with Pier Park, restaurants and shopping just a short drive away.

The location was fantastic. The views from this condo are even better than depicted in the listing. Talk about true panoramic ocean views! The pool and fitness facilities were also above expectation, much better than similar resorts I have stayed at in the area. Elevators can be a bit slow and not near enough of them in my opinion but that is by no fault of this owner/listing. Fantastic stay!

Great location, check-in was a breeze. Parking can be somewhat difficult trying to find a spot in parking garage. Room was great, great view, very well stocked with supplies in kitchen. Ease of access to beach and pool is great. Tiki bar had some very good food. I would recommend this to a family of 9 any day.

We had a wonderful stay in Panama City! The condo was very clean and modern. Plenty of room for a comfortable stay for our family! We loved the view from the balcony! The bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage space, the washer and dryer came in very handy. We love this location, as it’s close to many of our favorite restaurants and attractions. Wonderful! No complaints! The owner was super responsive. Check-in was quick and easy. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The balcony (especially the furniture) and beach view were both amazing. The walk to the beach was easy and the added bonus of having a set of chairs and umbrella for our stay was icing on the cake!

Because this is our own vacation home, we take its condition and cleanliness very seriously. Our goal is simple: we want guests to enjoy the condo as much as we do and to want to return.

Why they chose this property

Although we love to ski, we bought a vacation property in Florida to escape the harsh Canadian winter. We love to travel, especially to tropical destinations, and we fell in love with Panama City after our first visit.
