Wow, what a perfect place to stay. Beautiful, clean, relaxing, and fully stocked for all our needs. Loved the hot tub and relaxing every morning on the front porch. Will definitely come back to stay.

We wanted to come to Helen GA for the Oktoberfest. Cabin was a great location. Visited other areas within a 50 mile radius. Cabin was beautifully decorated, clean, equipped with everything we needed. Truly enjoyed our stay!!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful cabin. The cabin is always very clean, kitchen well stocked, the beds very comfortable. Lots of room in this cabin. We always enjoy spending time each morning and evening on the screened in back porch, very peaceful location!

"Mountain Time" will not disappoint!

Very impressed with this property! Everyone enjoyed their stay here. All amenities were very well kept and house was clean. Everything was turnkey and no downtime was needed due to the ease of check-in check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

It is evident that the owner takes great care of the property and guests respect the property. Very clean and pristine inside and out. The owner, Billy, is readily available via text or phone, communicates eagerly with the guest, and provides tips and information about the area. "Mountain Time" is in a great location. Easy to get to and just the right distance from Helen to feel remote, yet within very convenient proximity to town. "Mountain Time" was our central hub for exploring waterfalls, hiking trails, off-road adventures, historical sites, museums, mountaintops, and wineries. An evening of billiards, arcade games, and hot-tubbing back at the cabin topped off every day. Wish I could always stay on Mountain Time.

Anniversary

Very nice. We loved the cabin and the location. The hot tub was amazing. The only complaint we have is the mattress in the master left my wife and I sore and hurting every morning. Bed felt like we were sleeping with our head lower than our feet.

Getaway

Cabin was very cute and decorated nicely. It was easy to access and gorgeous backyard with corn hole. We were disappointed that the dart board wasn’t useable or the grill. We bought all the grill essentials only to open the grill and see it was filled with water and mold.

Very solid, just like the listing, not secluded

Mountain Time was a lovely stay. The property is just like the listing -- clean, comfortable, good quality for the price. I would stay here again. I especially liked the couches and the master bed. The communication we had with the rental folks was polite and helpful. A couple of things to note if you're staying here: 1) It's not secluded. One of the pictures in the VRBO profile makes it look like there are no other houses around. That's not at all the case. There are several other houses very nearby. 2) There's no real mountain view. It's in the hills and woods, but not really in the mountains. 3) It really is exactly as close to downtown Helen as the listing says: 10-15 minutes. 4) The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but bring anything specific you want to use to cook with.

This was our second time staying here, we loved the experience the first trip and this was no different. We had our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren with us this time, never felt cramped. It’s a good base to explore Helen and surrounding area, extremely easy to get to. Hot tub was super clean and very nice after hiking parts of Unicoi park (close to cabin) including the hike up to Anna Ruby Falls. All in all a great trip. Thanks to Billy the owner, easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about the area.

Quick trip to Helen!

Location to town was great, just about 15 minutes, amd the cabin wasn't up a hill so no need for 4 wheel drive. The Cabin felt like home, a very nicely decorated. Wish there were more cleaning supplies (i.e toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, washing liquid). I read ahead and brought extras. Loved that the clean up/checkout list, super simple. Wish there was a crockpot and spices provided. Found wet underwear in the washer the day we arrived, and lots of dust under the bed. Only knew it was there bc we kept hearing a sound and thought it was one of our devices. Overall it was very nice! We would stay there again, the jetted tub upstairs was amazing! Oh, and loved the swing by the fire pit!

Mountain time

Aside from a toilet and wifi issue when we first arrived at the property, the trip was great. The cabin was excellent and the amenities were nice.
