This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo just underwent a full renovation incorporating a new open floor plan, totally updated kitchen and bathrooms, and completely new furnishings and appliances. The lanai offers both dinner seating and lounging area complete with TV. The unit includes a laundry room with washer and dryer. You have access to the Dunes club including a zero entry pool with waterfalls, hot tub, tiki bar and full service restaurant. There is also a state of the art fitness center with exercise classes and full service tennis and pickle ball facilities.

It is a short 10 min walk to the number one rated Delnor Wiggins Beach through the side gate exit of the property. Walk or bike to Vanderbilt Beach restaurants (Baleen, Turtle Club, Ritz Carlton), as well as Mercato shopping center.

Gem at The Dunes

This condo is spacious, beautifully designed, immaculate and comfortable. We found the kitchen well equipped for our needs; grilling, cooking meals and entertaining. We enjoyed beautiful west-facing views of the gulf and the mangroves below from the kitchen, living area and lanai. The building is in a great location for the many Dunes amenities, including family pool, fitness and restaurant. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this condo and property!
