Terrible Host
I actually never stayed in the apt because the owner (I think) did not send me check in information until about an hour before check-in time. We were on our way to the place when I saw in the check-in instructions that I would have to climb 3 flights of stairs. I'm 70 years old with back problems. I can't climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage. I immediately sent him a message that we had a problem because of the stairs.He did not reply. I was with my brother so fortunately I was able to go stay with him. If he had not been with me, I would have been stuck on the street waiting for the guy to respond. Finally 18 hours later he responded with, "I have another apartment on the first floor. By that time I had already rented another place. So I PAID FULL RENT for a space for 2 weeks that I never went inside of. I am waiting for American Express to get my money back. The only thing I know about this place is that the owner doesn't give a rat's butt. I really believe STAIRS should be noted in the ad. Easily done by calling it what it is, which is a 3 floor walk-up.
