New air-conditioned 1 bedroom (sleeps 4) apartment with amazing views of Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains from a large balcony. The Apartment is only 20 meters from a small clean beach which is very safe for swimming. Local supermarket / bakery and choice of cafes within 100 meters. A choice of excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Private parking comes with the Apartment. Only a 10 min drive (or Bus ride) to the world heritage listed town of Kotor. The apartment is the ideal position between Kotor and Tivat to explore Montenegro - from its beautiful Bay of Kotor to the Mountains and beach resorts of Budva,Sveti Stefan and villages like Perast. Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia (85km) and Tivat Airport (8km) and both easy drives or organised transfers.

Amazing views

Great location and amazing views over bay of kotor. Good restaurants within 1 mile walking. Bus stop outside direct to kotor and port of Montenegro. Accommodaition is simple but great for 2 people. Only problem is wifi was very slow for anyone needing to work while on holiday and very little storage, which has been commented on already. Would stay again due to location. Fab supermarket 200 yards away.

A great apartment to enjoy the beautiful Bay of Kotor

We have just had a fantastic holiday in Montenegro. This apartment provided a convenient spot from which to enjoy all that was on offer. Key things: small pebble beach right across the road from which to swim in the Bay; shaded spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the Bay and mountains; we had a car we could park right outside giving easy access into Kotor and to the ferry; a supermarket and a restaurant right on the Bay both within walking distance. There was everything we needed in the apartment. One of our group was a vegan and it was great being able to buy in fresh fruit and salads and have the kitchen supplies. We did find that every restaurant was really happy to adapt dishes or provide delicious grilled vegetables as a vegan option. The highlight was Kotor itself, which is incredible, but we were also able to explore other places including Dubrovnik, Cetinje, Budva, Perast and the Lustica Pensinsula. Back at the apartment we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony to watch the cruise ships sailing in and out of Kotor. The weather was great and we were blown away with the natural beauty.

Ausblick und Balkon sind top, Ivan ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter.....

.....aber hier ein paar Punkte die man schnell abstellen kann: Haken für Handtücher, einen Schrank mit ausreichendem Platz und weitere Ablagemöglichkeiten - und ein zweites Weinglas.Angenehm ist der Fliesenfußboden, der sauber war und sich gut reinigen lässt.

Eine toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung

Die Lage ist sensationell gut. Zum schwimmen sind nur 20 m. Die Badebucht mit Liegewiese ist gerade mal 100 m entfernt. Abstriche gibt's wegen der zu seltenen Leerung der müllbehälter. Die Wohnung ist schön.. Hell, sonnig, aber trotzdem schattig auf dem Balkon. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist zwar eine kleine Katastrophe für Leute, die selber kochen wollen. Wir sind aber immer gut und preiswert essen gegangen. Für uns hats gereicht.

Appartement agréable pour 2 personnes.Excellente literie.Balcon agréable et baignade à 2 pas. Propriétaire compréhensif ( modification d'horaire à l'arrivée) et agent local disponible. Petit bémol : peu d'ustensiles de cuisine.

Clean, spacious, with a great view

The apartment is clean and big enough for comfort, location is great and provides all the basic conditions. As for facilities, what was promised was what we got. The furniture is simple and functional, the only thing is it could use some more storage space (the drawer was full of extra pillows). The whole building is quiet and well kept, the sea is just across the narrow street. Perfect for those who seek simplicity and relaxation.

Beyond Expectations

On driving to the apartment we realised what a good choice we had made. The location is perfect with everything you require within 200m - bar, shop, swimming etc. The local bus stops outside the apartment going in both directions to Kotor old town or to Tivat with the PortoMontenegro (2 must see places). Views from the balcony are outstanding from morning to night. Apartment is clean, well maintained and has everything we expected and needed for our stay. Handover was simple and smooth as there were no issues. The local community and restaurants are excellent and friendly and we would fully recommend exploring around the bay and local areas. All in all this was a perfect location and a holiday where we could do nothing and everything as we please. Highly recommended!

A wonderful holiday!

My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon in Montenegro. The place was great an provided all that we needed for a relaxing vacation. we enjoyed having the sea close by, only a 2 min. walk- It was great! there are so many hiking trails and places to walk and enjoy the magnificent scenery. The listings was described well, we understood before we arrived how the place was laid out, as well as with the facilities. the location was not to hard to find. The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. The owner provided many good tips and suggestions on what there was to do and what we needed to do when we arrived- all very helpful. Oh yes! I have already recommended it to all my friends and family! We did a lot of hiking and swimming so those were good attractions, and in Katar we did the old town and wall climb which was brilliant! All was so good to see and good to do

Nice stay

Nice and cosy appartment for a low price. Great view from the balcony, very helpful owner and managment company. No problems whatsoever. Good place to stay, especially for a couple. A few nice restaurants in the area. Located very close to Kotor, but far enough so that you're able to enjoy a quiet evening at the waterside.

Fantastic Views

My husband and I had a great holiday here and would recommend this apartment. It has a fantastic view of the Bay from a large balcony. The Apartment is right beside (30 meters) from a small beach and close to all amenities. It is a great base to visit the rest of Montenegro from. Kotor Old town is a close 10 min drive or Bus ride. Tivat, Budva, Lustica and Jaz Beach are easy drives away. The Owner of the apartment was very helpful before we went with advice on directions, places to visit etc giving us lots to see and do in a beautiful week of weather. The Apartment is simply furnished but met all our needs and had good air conditioning.

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung erwies sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt für interessante Entdeckungen in Montenegro. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und völlig ausreichend. Ein Hinweis: Kaffeetrinker werden eine Kaffeemaschine vermissen. Mit der Betreuung vor Ort hat alles bestens funktioniert. Sehr positiv empfanden wir die ruhige dörfliche Umgebung. Trotzdem waren der Supermarkt und andere kleine Geschäften zur Selbstverpflegung in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden. Bademöglichkeiten, die nächste in ca. 40 m Entfernung von der Unterkunft, gab es reichlich. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die enge Dorfstraße. Ansonsten ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug Voraussetzung, um das Urlaubsland zu entdecken. Es gibt wirklich sehr viel zu sehen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist neben der Stadt Kotor ist eine Umfahrung der Kotor-Bucht. Ein Highlight war für uns die Fahrt von Kotor nach Cetinje mit dem Besuch des Lovcen. Von diesem 1660m hohen Berg hat man einen phantastischen Ausblick über die montegrinische Bergwelt. Lohneswert, wenn auch etwas weit entfernt ist der Besuch am Strand von Ulcinj. Dort laden ein herrliche Sandstrand sowie herrliche Wellen zum Baden ein. Nach einem interessanten Tag kann man den Urlaubstag in einer der vielen Konobas genussvoll ausklingen lassen. Vorallem der Wein schmeckt sehr gut. Die Preise bewegen sich auf moderatem Niveau. Anstrengend war bei unserem Urlaub die relativ weite Anreise aus Deutschland sowie das strikte Einhalten der Verkehrsregeln (40 km/h über einen längeren Streckenabschnitt ist man nicht mehr gewöhnt). Die Polizei ist sehr präsent.Als Fazit: Es war ein herrlicher, erlebisreicher Urlaub. Ich kann Montenegro, speziell die Bucht von Kotor weiterempfehlen.
