Other things to note
Noise Disturbances: A fee of $200.00 will be charged for any noise disturbances.


Outdoor Music: Kindly refrain from playing loud music outside after 11:00 PM.


Pool/Jacuzzi Area: Strictly no glass allowed. A $200.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged if any glass is found.


No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $200.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged for any detected smoke. You may smoke outside.


Temperature Control: Please maintain both upper and lower AC units no lower than 74°F. For the garage mini-split, keep it no lower than 24°C (equivalent to 74°F).


Sliding Door: Monitor and ensure the sliding door is kept closed. The HVAC control system will turn off if the door is left open for more than 5 minutes.


Pillows Usage: When using extra pillows located in each bedroom closet, kindly place a pillowcase on each pillow. Upstairs pillowcases are in the cabinet, and for the downstairs bedroom, they are in the closet.

We've got some cool options to add an extra touch to your stay:

* The pool can be heated for $90.00 a day at a set temperature of 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Any degree above 85°F will be $25.00 per degree per day.

* The Jacuzzi can be heated 4 hours per day for $50.00. It will take 20-40 minutes to reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
