All the best of Fountain Hills while being close to Scottsdale and the Phoenix airport! Fountain Hills boasts a bevy of restaurants that cater to all tastes and desires. The unique Fountain Park offers a nice mile loop around a man-made pond with a fountain that goes off every hour. Want to go hiking? Sonoran-McDowell hiking trails; McDowell Regional Park offer hiking and mountain biking galore! Gambling? We-Ko-Pa casino is 10 minutes away. Golf more your style or passion? Five (5) public courses within 10 minutes!

The condo is in a beautiful location in the gated community of Fire Rock. Full kitchen for when you don't want to go out, dining and living room for hanging out after a day of exploring or playing. The community pool is the place to cool down and catch the sun! Want to work out? The community gym has a treadmill, elliptical, bike, free weight, and a universal weight machine. This is truly a do it all condo in a great location.

The condo is well laid out and spacious at almost 2,000 sq. ft. (2) Bedrooms (2) full baths Kitchen, Dining, Living plus a Den/Office with a queen Sofa Bed and Desk. All rooms are on a single level. Great location, very comfortable furnishings. Pool and workout facility are nice. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and Firerock community. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking the property again in the future.

Scenic and quiet

Lovely, clean, quiet and scenic condo town home with scenic views of the golf course in a gated safe neighborhood. Close to some great golf courses in the area but a little pricey for a round of golf.Homeowner was easy and responsive to deal with.
