Great condo with nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The beach chairs a free activity’s were icing on the cake. The property itself has also been updated which was very nice from fresh paint to newer amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view of gulf, clean rooms, had all items we needed. Beach was pristine and great bonus to have chairs and umbrella ready on the beach for us!!! Can walk to many different restaurants in a few minutes-great location. Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for a wonderful long weekend visit!

Family summer vacay

We stayed here for a few days and enjoyed the property. Kids loved the pools and we enjoyed them being up away from the beach commotion. The beach service was a great addition! Unit was exactly as pictured and worked great for our family. Would book again.

We have stayed at this resort numerous times. Beautiful beach, pool, fitness area. This condo was well furnished inside. Loved having a table and chairs to sit at on the balcony and have breakfast. Also a lounger to do some sun bathing other than at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, more than any other unit we have stayed at in PCB and we have stayed at probably 10 different units in the past 8 years. Would definitely recommend this unit and the management company that we rented from.

We had an issue with our door code so I text the company and within a couple minutes we had a new code. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. I would definitely stay here again!

Yes, there are additional charges for instances like excessive trash, excessive cleaning, and missing items that can occur behind a guest. This did not happen to you during your stay. There are also charges for parking at the resort that are in the listing description.

Our overall stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Wish the weather would have been better during our stay, but we made the most of it. Water was very choppy to get in. We met the unit owner while at the beach. He was very nice and asked if our accommodation were good. He continued to let us know that if there were any issues to let him know. Having complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a plus! We enjoyed our stay very much. We would return for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a nice time and enjoyed the condo! There are only four elevators for 25 floors, so we spent a lot of time waiting on them. One elevator was down for the majority of our stay. The pool area was nice and the pool temperature was perfect, but one of the hot tubs was not working and the mushroom feature was not working either. The pools are also very close to the condo doors on that floor. We also were not able to turn the temperature below 70 degrees in our unit, as the management company said it would freeze up the system. If you're a hot sleeper, bring a fan. This resort is in a busy area right on the strip, which is great for walking, but may want to keep in mind if you are looking for something a bit quieter. The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained. We received prompt responses and service from the management company and met the owner after reserving our beach chairs. I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the elevators though.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We are happy to hear that you loved the condo and was clean, unfortunately, we only manage the condo you stayed in. We sadly have no control over the elevators. We do request that air conditioners are set lower than 70 because it will freeze the systems up, especially if guests are leaving the balcony doors open to take in the beach scenes.
