I have been coming to Pigeon Forge for almost 25 years with my family and have never felt so inclined to write a review. From the very start of the booking, we were taken care of by the host. The property was exactly as described, I would even say they undersold it. Conveniently located, easily accessed, and more accommodating than anywhere else I had ever stayed. They really think of every little detail that will make your stay easier. Things you may not realize you want or need, like tissues in every room, a baby gate in the closet, beach towels in a basket by the door for the hot tub, a stocked coffee bar upstairs and downstairs, plenty of throw blankets in all lounging areas and even waste bags for your dogs! We had 4 generations and our pets under one roof and we needed for nothing and had a wonderful time together. Comfy beds, great wifi, and good water pressure. If you are considering Kodiak Chalet, just book it already. They have already thought of everything, you just need to show up!
