This oceanfront home offers a nearby beach walkway, unmatched ocean views, spacious interiors, and multiple outdoor living areas. For added luxury and convenience, Seabrook Island Club amenity cards are included with your stay!

The open living area offers ocean views through the abundant windows and plenty of natural light with comfortable sofa seating, accent chairs, and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. A modern glass door opens to the private outdoor deck with comfortable outdoor seating while you sit back and enjoy the panoramic ocean view.

Just off the living area is the designated dining space and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal right from home, including high-end appliances, plenty of counter space, and a kitchen bar to seat four. The formal dining area offers seating for seven, as well as convenient access to the private deck overlooking the ocean.

This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests throughout the 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite is located upstairs, featuring a King size bed, a private deck with sun chairs overlooking the ocean, a TV to watch your favorite shows, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The bathroom boasts a double vanity with plenty of room to get ready, a custom tile shower, and a whirlpool tub.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are also located upstairs, both offering a Queen size bed and a private bathroom with shower/tub combinations. Bedroom 4 is located on the entry level, offering two twin beds and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combination—perfect for little ones!

The expansive outdoor deck faces the ocean, offering a comfortable conversation area with seating for five and an outdoor dining table that seats four. A gas grill is also available for alfresco dinners by the ocean!

Perfect stay

We couldn’t have asked for more for our family vacation. The house was more than comfortable for our family of 8. We loved watching the dolphins and pelicans from the back deck, walking along the shoreline at low tide, and exploring Seabrook and all its amenities. I highly recommend this property.

Great back deck with excellent views of the ocean and sunsets. We had wine on the back deck every night watching the sunset. Excellent restaurants in the area with great seafood. You should check out the Fat Hen for good southern cooking. Great golf and fishing when or if you get board of the beach.

Amazing Waterfront Spot

We absolutely loved our week at Seabrook!! The house is absolutely stellar. We are right on the water in front of an empty beach (at least in April). Whether we were sitting on the lovely porch, relaxing on the beach, or sampling the amenities of the community, our stay was amazing.

Wonderful beachfront property

Terrific residence and prime location on Seabrook Island. The beach views, sunsets and proximity to the Beach Club, Pro shop, pool are the best on the island. The property is in wonderful condition, is spotless and met our family’s needs perfectly. The host communicates well and tries to make your experience the best it can be.

The location, and features of this property are perfect for our family of six. I have no qualms giving this the highest rating. The amenities and shopping area near by are fantastic. Also recommend booking a fishing charter if you get a chance. Overall 10/10, excellent!

We had a great week in Seabrook and the house was one of the best parts. We had three generations of family in the house for a week and everyone was comfortable. The house was clean and modern, and the location can't be beat. Additionally, the owners were available for questions through the stay and any issues we had were quickly dealt with. We would stay here again without reservation.

I absolutely loved this home! Beautiful views of sunsets, dolphins, boats. One of the few homes that is truly waterfront. Even got to experience Hermione! Sumter is a very helpful and gracious host with numerous recommendations. I will definitely be back!

This property has everything and is beautiful inside and out. Right on the beach with perfect ocean views and amazing sunsets. We saw dolphins swimming right outside our door every day. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect every day, the house was everything we needed and made up for it. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. Amazing!

There were 8 of us. Six adults and our two grandsons ages 3 and 5. The house was beautiful, we were a short walk or Golf cart ride to the pools and outdoor restaurants. Communication with host was poor. Text messages (both sent to phone and on Vrbo) were not monitored - required to call directly to speak with property managers which was not always convenient. Questions about garage code and check-in logistics went unanswered for days with multiple follow-ups. Also, when paying premium prices for premier properties, there is an expectation that the toiletries and detergents are of a certain quality. Not off-brand detergents or motel-standard shampoos. The “starter” dishwasher liquid was clearly watered down from a previous guest. Aside from these relatively minor issues, the property is wonderful. My family has been renting this particular property for 8 consecutive years. It was sold last year and this is the first time staying here with the new owners so we may be sensitive to what we have grown accustomed to from our history with this property. We have many memories here and hope to continue for years to come.

Our weeklong stay was one of the highlights of the year for me and my family. The house is just beautiful and super functional with all you want or need. I am not sure if I loved the unsurpassed ocean view out of the living room or the ease of navigating the beach and pool amenities more. Truly a week that generated memories that will last a lifetime!

Our second wonderful stay at this awesome beach home! We had as good a time this past stay as we had on our first. The owners are fantastic people, too! Home is clean, comfy, and pretty (inside and out), water is absolutely perfect, dolphins are amazing. Even the thunderstorms are beautiful to sit and watch from the back deck. Wonderful property!

We recently stayed with two sets of grandparents and our toddler. The property was very clean, well kept, and had beautiful beach views! The elevator was key for my in-laws. The location was great—a block away from the pool and restaurants, very easy to navigate. The only downside was there were times of day that the tide came the whole way up to the pier steps so we had to be a bit strategic about when we went out back, but there are plenty of other areas of beach access and we had a wonderful time.
