Built in the mid-1800's as a hunting inn, the house has a great history and perfect location. With amazing sun rises, a stone's throw to the beach. Central access to both Naples and Portland. Sleeps 13 comfortably with 4 bedrooms and has 3.5 baths. A private backyard that is perfect for cookouts and gathering plus the beautiful, shared sandy beach. 5 kayaks available. 3 kids' size, 1 double, and 1 regular. DOGS WITH $125 PET FEE.

The location next to the beach was excellent and we enjoyed the kayaks available very much. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The layout of the house is a bit unusual but fit our family well.
